milkycha
Okay, here is my short and sweet achievement guide to this boring piece of shit. If anyone in Australia wants to buy my copy, drop me a line. Sorry it took so long for me to make it look presentable. An interesting note about the secret achievements: 5-7-3 can be read as Ko-na-mi in Japanese. I thought this was a cool little touch. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/achievements/896/+GvaEQ==.jpgシングルプレイをクリア(亜乃亜)100 http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/site/gp-g.jpg Clear the game with Anoa. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/achievements/896/+krTpA==.jpgシングルプレイをクリア(トロン)100 http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/site/gp-g.jpg Clear the game with Tron. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/achievements/896/+6orNw==.jpgシングルプレイをクリア(エモン5)100 http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/site/gp-g.jpg Clear the game with Emon-5. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/achievements/896/-gjAzg==.jpgシングルプレイをクリア(マドカ)100 http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/site/gp-g.jpg Clear the game with Madoka. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/achievements/896/-+g4XQ==.jpgシングルプレイをクリア(ジオール)100 http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/site/gp-g.jpg Clear the game with Geolle. http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/achievements/896/-ckx6A==.jpgシングルプレイをクリア(ティタ)100 http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/../images/site/gp-g.jpg Clear the game with Tita. For this achievement, you must collect every weapon card and every illustration card for ONE character. Best way to do this is to get an S rank on the first couple stages, then die and dont continue. Do this until you have enough points to buy all the weapon cards. You will get a random card after each Game Over; this is the only way to obtain the illustration cards. This achievement takes hours and hours and hours. Enjoy! ncc1701p
I dont know yet which mode give more points(solo ,live ,G mode ;VS cpu ...) The regular 6 level mission is the best to get points. After you loop it dont restart out of the game. End the game naturally w/ a game over to retail your gt-points earned.
Mightymango
So which mode is the Gmode, the second option? The first one looks like the arcade version.
BISOUNOUR5
Yes, the second option is the G mode (blue one) the first one is the Arcade mode (red one) so you can "buy" cards playing G mode. but u can also get cards automaticaly playing Arcade mode: Arcade/Live(2nd option)/Boss rush/VS cpu 3 kinds of cards:-Weapon cards(speed ,bombs, lasers ...) to get the 200pts ach. -Bonus cards(extra points to increase the rank of your character). -Puzzle cards(there is a puzzle for each character;maybe once it's discovered it unlocks something ?? JVinz
So, do we need to get all of the weapon cards AND both b&w and color picture cards for every character? I've been grinding away at just one of the characters. Starting a new arcade game and dying right away to get a card. Many many hours and I haven't completed one character yet Is there a faster way to get the 200 pt achievement?
Mightymango
I think it is all the cards with all the characters.
JTL
Okay, I've completed the game and got 1000G for quite a while (you may check my gamertag details). I can assure you that you only need to finish collecting all the weapon cards and illustration cards (or Puzzle cards mentioned by BISOUNOUR5 above) for ANY ONE of the characters in order to get this 200G. To get this done quickly, I have used the following strategies. Please note that you have to use the same character every time. Otherwise, you'll get different character cards which will take much longer time to attain the achievement. 1. Illustration cards (total 50 cards) Play arcade mode using the same character repetitively. You should intentionally lose your life and make it game over once the game starts. You'll be able to get both weapon cards and illustration cards in the conculsion summary session afterwards. However, you may sometimes get 1000exp instead of any cards in case you have already owned most of the cards. For your information, I've spent more than 2 hours to get the last illustration card. This is purely random and luck. 2. Weapon cards (roughly about 110 cards depending on which character you use) You should have already owned some weapon cards after playing hundred rounds in arcade mode. Now, instead of drawing a weapon card randomly, you should accumulate points to buy weapons to speed up the collection process. Play G mode and try your very best to get an "S" rank after stage 1. This is because the points you get with an "S" rank is nearly double when compared to an "A" rank. To get an "S" rank, you MUST NOT die or even get a single hit from enemies. When stage 2 starts, you should intentionally lose you life and make it game over so that you can repeat and rinse the whole process again. The higher the difficulty, the more points you will get. I'd recommend to play "Hard" difficulty which usually nets you about 2,500 points with an "S" rank. You can still play "Normal" (about 2,000 points) and "Easy" (about 1,600 points) if you find it difficult. I hope the above would help. dazmoto
I have not got the game any more so im going from memory, but to find out what Weapon Cards you have i think its on the menu where you have the two modes, the first one is the Arcade mode (red one) , the second option is the G mode (blue one), then one of the next ones brings up a picture of all 6 characters, remember only go for one characters Weapon and Illustration cards , or you are going to be doing it for a long long time, i went for the first character collecting everything for her, do what JTL says above to get them, If i remember correctly, to see the Illustration cards, just after you have died in arcade mode, a menu will appear, at the bottom of the screen there are a few icons, one of them will show exactly what cards you need to complete scroll down using the thumbstick, and just to note you need to collect the Black and White and the Colour pics, takes quite a while(many hours of repetative play), but keep at it, hope that helps a bit. Cordes
Thanks, I'll check it out sometime this week. One other thing, is it better to go through arcade mode as far as possible or does it not matter at all? I mean, do you get more illustration cards if you beat a couple of stages? Or should I really just try to die as fast as possible? I know it is described in an earlier post but just to make sure.
dazmoto
I found just do as above, start arcade, die, rinse and repeat, when i got to the point of getting the 1000 point cards nearly everytime i switched to G mode, doing as above to buy the Weapon cards, when i had bought them all i though id have more chance getting the annoying picture cards, as in arcade you win Weapon, Illustration or 1000 point cards, i thought eliminating one of them ie the Weapon Cards i would have a better chance winning the last few of the picture cards, it must of taken 2 hours or so to get the last colour card!!! ParoXyzm
Hey, I couldn't help noticing that some people here are from North America. When you played this game, you did play it on a NA console or did you import one from Asia? I'm not really sure how regions work, but I was pretty sure that NA consoles could only play NTSC games, and this would be NTSC-J. So in short, can I play this game on my NA console? Mightymango
Damn it .. first Konami screws us over with crappy English games, and now i can't even play these? >_< You can if you import a Japanese/Asian Region console. They are a bit cheaper now then they were when I bought mine, the problem is the shipping.
ParoXyzm
Well, I might consider that if (hoping that it doesn't though) something like RROD happens to my console .. but i hope it doesn't :x. If i got a JP/Asian console, could i still play my US games though? Sorry for getting off topic, a bunch of FAQ i've read say different things. You can still play some US games with a JP/Asian console if the games are region-free. However, I'd suggest you to check the list here and this should give you some good indications. http://forum.xbox-sky.com/xbox360_regional_compatibility_guide/

JTL
As far as I know, Xbox360 has not yet officially rolled out in China. People there are buying parallel imported consoles only. I'd suggest you to get one in Hong Kong, Taiwan or Singapore when you visit Asia.
