Challenges are updated at 11AM GMT. Daily Challenges being updated every day and Weekly Challenges being updated every Monday.

Every challenge completed earns the player in-game credits, the amount dependent on the difficulty of the said challenge. So far, the lowest amount for a Daily Challenge has been 100cR with the highest coming in at 2500cR. Weekly challenges have ranged from 1500cR to 5000cR.

There are two achievements associated with Daily and Weekly Challenges;

Suggested Roadmap

Blastin' and Relaxin', load up Multiplayer Matchmaking, you need to kill 90 enemies, pretty low amount than usual, you'll make progress towards this with other challenges so leave till last. Then just play the game types you do best in for Kills, Rumble Pit, Living Dead, Team Swat, Team Sniper, Team Objective, Invasion, or try the new playlists.

Secondary Fire, load up Multiplayer Matchmaking, you need to get 25 assists (doesn't have to be in the same game), everybody's favourite this one, still could be worse, could be Firefight assists. Plasma pistol is good for draining shields, stick with team mates or focus on others fighting and try to knock out their shields from a far. Finding partners in the Achievement Trading thread is also an option.

Sticky Icky Icky, still in MP, you need 5 sticky grenade kills in a SINGLE GAME, this might be a bit tricky, you'll want invasion, invasion slayer or Elite Slayer, anything with Elites basically, so as to provide plenty of sticky grenades, sneak up and stick someone, once out of sticky grenades grab them off fallen elites or suicide quickly to get another two if you're an Elite.

Credits for Completion, still in MP, same as yesterday, just one more... what can I say, play and finish 4 games, don't even have to win. Easy 1500cR.

Weekly Challenge

All in a Week's Work, what I can say, that's a shedload of enemies to kill this week, those who did this one last time will know what I'm talking about, it equates to 143 kills per day (rounded up), depends on your playstyle, whether to dominate in Rumble Pit, Team Swat and Living Dead, or Team Objective, Big Team Battle and Invasion and go for kills while others are going for Objectives. Unless you can devote a week of your life to this... most will want to stop by the Achievement Trading thread for a bit of Full Party Boosting to help with this one.

Just did Roast 'Em, Toast 'Em. I'm sure it won't give anyone trouble, but just remember the jetpack needs to be active when you make the kill. It's not enough to be airborne, you have to be using thrust.

Yeah, same here. I did "There Are Many Like..." along with "Roast 'Em, Toast 'Em."

Now I'm off to do the MP challenges. :woop:

First off, thank you.

Anything in particular you see becoming difficult? Or just the sheer number of posts there will be?

Just that, maybe it would be more worthwhile to update the first post every week?

You could provide a link to the halo wiki if anyone needs to see the old challenges.

But in the interest of fast information, you could update the first post with the new challenged every week as the old challeneges no longer apply.

Just a suggestion. Now back to lessons cause lunch is over -_-

Some good ideas, I reworked my second post to enable people to get fast information. I'll still be posting daily updates like the one I did today just because people usually go to the latest page in a thread, but the second post will always have all the useful links someone will need.

I'm also considering removing the pictures of past challenges to ease bandwidth and make it easier to find the current challenges (they'll stand out more).

Experienced users would instantly go to the last page to see the latest update.

I'm thinking of non-posters who will come into this thread just to find out about this weeks challenges. They won't go to the last page, if they can't find what they want in the first page they won't bother.

But it's good to see a lot of effort being put into this!

Probably a good idea. These will add up REAL quick!!!

A Great Friend

Multiplayer is quite fast-paced so assists can be hard to come by. I recommend partying up with a friend and entering some team slayer matches. Stick close to each other and cooperate to get assists.

The key to getting an assist is to ensure you're NOT the person who gets the kill. A good strategy could be to assign one person to reduce the enemy's shields while the other waits for a headshot, alternating responsibilities as necessary.

How about being the driver of a warthog??? That gets you loads of assists!! I love being a driver

Where do you get the jetpack in Exodus?

Edit: Also, "There are many like it..." could possibly be a reference to Full Metal Jacket.

after the elevator ride up. you can continue with out it. also b4 you get the jetpack take the rocket launcher from one of the guys just outside the elevator.

for the challenge, just jump to the enemies and as soon as you see them fire. use all the missiles and then jump off the platform to die.

i did 3 of the 4 dailies while doing the wash. working on precision as i do legendary campaign.

I've rearranged the layout based on the suggestions and I think it's looking good now.

Post 1 - General Info

Post 2 - Archive

Post 3 - Active Challenges

I'll just edit Post 3 every day so all the info is easy to find and takes up as little bandwidth as possible.

And to make sure the thread doesn't die I'll add a new post to the thread to let people know it's been updated.

That's Dedication, Holmes:

Pretty self-explanatory. You have to play an entire match, though, so no quitting out. As long as you're a good shot, the best way to do this is Swat matches. The other possibility is to feed the enemy. Get yourself killed quickly and the matches will end sooner and you can move on to the next one.

Fire When Ready:

If you're not feeding the enemies, this one is also good in Swat while you work for the Weekly challenge. Quick and easy kills and should only take 4 or 5 rounds at most.

A Great Friend:

Just drive a vehicle with two seat and let your buddy get the kills.

There are many like...:

This one I found to be really easy on Lvl 3: Sword Base. Just use the DMR and the Sniper Rifle and wipe out this area. After it's clear, reset the level and repeat. Should only take 4 or 5 times max.

Roast 'em, Toast 'em:

Load up Exodus: Rally Point Alpha to start at the part with the jetpack. Boost your way across the gap. When you get there, I found the easiest way to do it was to throw a frag grenade into a group of enemies and hit the thruster right before it detonates. As long as the thruster is active when it blows, the kills will count.
