The Great Wight
I hope so, but unfortunately a few of the Atlus titles have not had a pal release, but i pray that Catherine does find its way to Europe so I can order it because I doubt very much it will make it here to Australia. XoNiNjAlEoNoX
Does anybody know if the NTSC-US version will be PAL Compatible ? No, you need a NTSC-US Xbox 360 to get it work. It's not like PS3.
eddywatson
No, you need a NTSC-US Xbox 360 to get it work. It's not like PS3. Ghostbusters was released in the US first before it was in Europe and I bought a copy from ebay in USA and it played fine on my PAL xbox
dollyROT
sadly that only works with some games dude :c especially games that don't tend to get translated for other regions. eg. la noire/enslaved/blockbuster games basically. for some reason games from more obscure developers tend to lock their games so that it wont play on your machine unless it has an american/japanese id. its up to the developer to leave it unlocked which is what a lot of us have our fingers crossed for >.<! LT TRAV
No, you need a NTSC-US Xbox 360 to get it work. It's not like PS3. The game may be region free. I have an NTSC copy of Final Fantasy 13 which my American friend sent over as a gift. It works just fine
uhKillswitch
nippondreams.de is gonna sell the US deluxe edition and I asked them if it's region free or not. Unfortunately it's not working on PAL consoles so we need to keep our fingers crossed.
derwood13 II
Don't mean to burst anyone's bubble, but I have been in contact with someone at Atlus and he says they don't have a UK publishing company to release it there yet. :*( He did NOT, however, say the game ISN'T region free...so... *fingers crossed for EU, AUS* :Þ
uhKillswitch
@derwood: Did you actually read my post? I wanted to buy the US-version of this game and the nippondreams shopkeeper told me that it's not region free. I guess since they wanna sell games that they don't lie to people about the region lock. NemesisTheory
Publisher "Deep Silver" is bringing the game to Europe. My guess, probably around October - maybe September. I haven't seen anything solid yet. http://www.godisageek.com/2011/07/catherine-coming-europe-deep-silver/
uhKillswitch
Just wanted to post the same. Great news for us. Deep silver didn't announce anything according to the release date unfortunately but this is still awesome to hear.

My mistake...BUT...as of this morning, looks like Deep Silver is bringing it to European markets now. Congrats to all those who thought they were going to have to miss out!
