Name: No Fly Zone

reason: Certain Militarzed zones and cities have "no-fly zones" which prohibit aircraft in the designated area.

Name: Chitty Chitty Bang Bang

reason: chitty chitty bang bang was a movie released 1968 with a car called "Chitty Chitty Bang Bang" that could fly.

Name: ...It's a Nazi invention.

reason: this name suggests that the vehicle was made during WW2 by Nazi germany, because the Nazi's came up with LOADS of inventions during the war. Seeing how this game has roots in the 1940s and a little later, this name would fit.

Name: High as a Kite

reason: self explanatory.

Name: Average Ordinary Everyday Superhero

reason: this is the chorus line of Smash Mouth's "Everyday Superhero" and it fits in this because, well, superheroes are almost always in big cities, and many superheroes can fly.

Name: Where is my Flying Car?

reason: reference to the joke about failing to meet past expectations of the future, like expecting flying cars and space travel in the new millenium.

Name: Man on the Moon

reason: self explanatory.

Name: First Trip to the Moon

reason: if someone went to the moon at this time, it would be mankinds' first known trip to the moon.

Name: Push the Little Red Button

reason: reference to Men In Black, where K tells J to push the red button to make the car fly in the tunnel. If length is a problem, it can also just be "Push the Red Button".

Name: Blastoff!

reason: 3... 2... 1... (you know the rest).

Don The Wings

Keep a vehicle in the air for over 5 seconds.

It's No Illusion

Keep a vehicle in the air for over 5 seconds.

En Route To Prague?

Keep a vehicle in the air for over 5 seconds.

Concrete Shoes Can't Break My Stride

Keep a vehicle in the air for over 5 seconds.

The first is a simple play on the word "Don", and I assume you get it.

The second is a little joke with the first Mafia, which was developed by Illusion Softworks.

The third is my weakest suggestion, simple implying that the game was developed in Prague.

The fourth is just a Mafia version of the song "Break My Stride" by Matthew Wilder. I am however aware that the song came in the 80's, not the 40's or 50's. It's still Mafia though.
