Maynard EFC93
This may have been mentioned, but if I missed it: I just picked this up yesterday, and am midway through my second Season. I noticed the event list - what happens after Season 6 is done? Can I just enter races on the list as I like? Can I do this before I've completed Season 6 (even if I can, is it recommended)? TIA! Do up to and complete season 6 for the Achievements, then just hit up the event list and finish all the ones that haven't been ticked off, This way you won't complete the same events twice. Swanky Banker
On the list what is the difference between the blue boxes and the green and there are some grey too. I guess I need a tick in each. Finished season 6 and realised that solid gold is not for me, I dont like that game THAT much.

Blue box: Garage cars eligible Green box: Current car eligible Grey box: No cars eligible Certain races require certain cars.
shaunislegend
Once i get this i might go back and get Seriously 2.0 because surely its nowhere near as long/boring as this? wouldnt it take like only 10% of the time it takes to do this???
Chaz Of Sparta
Wow, that must have been very boring but so satisfying once it was finally complete. As for me, I might have a go at it, but I hate those really boring endurance races - I once had to to 17 laps of Le Mans, took over an hour to finish! Seriously 2.0 takes way less time. I'd say you would unlock it within 35% of the time it takes you to do Solid Gold.

Yeah 2.0 takes about 20 or so hours, whereas solid gold took well over 100 hours.
reemo12
I hope that I can survive after completing this achievement, I like the game so far, 25% done, but seems that the hardest part is still ahead:D

mrj3d
I got it done! Oh man that took a long time. I had to go play something else then come back to it, it was just too boring, lol.
reemo12
73% done and I still like the game
Rodrigo96
is there any way to simulate the factory-spec races and win ?? because the car always starts last on the start line. Except on the Yaris trophy don't know why . btw they are the last 10 tournaments missing for solid gold.

firehazardcs
Finally! Good riddance Forza 3! I ended up driving/hiring a driver for 150 hours. For anyone interested in my stats for the game: Click here for Forza 3 Pics. Crappy resolution because I took the pics with my phone. Edit: many times (especially for the endurance races) I would hire a driver, start the race, and then go do something else for an hour or two. Sometimes more than that. So that is why I invested 150 hours in this game instead of closer to 125 hours. Edited July 4, 2012 by firehazardcs
reemo12
Finally it`s done. I drove 100% of the races and spend 124h and for this I got 80G, this seems quite few
Monty111
Am i a bit late to start going for this achievement?
DiamondD0G
Yep, once you've finished Season 6 there is no reason to do anymore season play unless you just like the format. Go to Event List and pick the ones you haven't gotten yet. The Achievement description is a little wonky. I know someboby as replyed to this question with the answer being that you can of course just pick the next tick box instead of playing normal season play once you completed year 6, just want to make sure that you can indeed do this? devil in me
Yes you can, you can also hire drivers to do most of the work for you. Still takes a long time to do. Im done with F4 and Horizon and still have to go back to finish races on 3 because its so friggin boring. I get a few done and then put it away for a while. good luck
twinkie
takes forever! i finished the season play (and level 50) in around 28 hours. i'm up to almost 70 hours and only have like 50% done.. at least, the endurance races are out of the way
Darth0Nemesis
I have returned for this achievement. This is one of my games, I go back to once every few months. As I can't stand to do it all in a week or two! Apart from getting all boxes ticked etc, this is a very fun game and was worth the purchase two years ago. The graphics still stand up to this day and I just love the bidding process in the main menus. Good luck to anyone in 2013 going for this!

envint251
I would just say, to anyone who may be on the verge of giving up or is thinking of not bothering with it, just persevere, hire a driver, go do other stuff ... It's very satisfying once it finally pops up.
