Breeding
So you have to believe there will be an achievement for making it through the entire game without killing anyone. Do you think it will be 50 75 or 100 points? My money's on 100.
PuschChris
that would suck, because then you are kinda forced to play the game in a way you may dont want to i'd hate this cheevo
Angelky
i don't think they will put a don't kill achievement in the game, cause even if it doesn't count there will be sequences where you will have to kill someone.
TheUglyCasanova
Yeah I'd bet on maybe a level specific achievement for not killing anyone over one for the entire game. Who know's though. This game should have re-playability so even if there is one it's not a big deal. You could always just pretend you killed someone when you drop them with a tranquilizer. WordBearer
Look at any of the Deus Ex games, you could possibly complete a level without killing anyone but not the entire game. Heck in the first Deus Ex there was a whole level of nothing but killing. Still this is no longer Warren Spector's baby so who knows.
Archdeluxe
Though the idea raises some eyebrow i'm sure i highly doubt they will implement such a thing. Mind you Konami did put one in for Metal Gear Solid 4, but you had the luxury of killing if you felt like, and it was more of a don't get seen and try not to kill if you don't have to type of thing. That and it wasn't worth getting. I could see them doing it path related achievement for each level or the entire game, like be super stealthy, or overly aggressive. I like to think that game makers are not assholes, even if some of them are like "Team Ninja".

Barad
Complete the game without setting off any alarms, must play the game stealthy!
seven43861
The cheevo for not setting off alarms, and not killing anyone (less the bosses), should be handled on the same playthrough; stealthy of course.
PuschChris
I mean, really, that sucks! I'm one of the shooter guys and then this 2 cheevos, who gives you 200GS! Killing nobody may isnt that hard, but causing no alarm should be a pretty hard thing to do.
Vindicator51
Well, i hope you're up for the challenge of completing those two.
Vindicator51
I'm looking forward to completing these achievements.
AltarofPlagues
Im going to try and do all 3. hardest difficulty, no alarms, no killing anyone. all on first playthrough.
Detective Pilgrim
I kind of dig it really. I've started leaning in the 'all shoot, all the time' kind of way in recent years, but I always had a lot of fun doing the no detection, no kill run through the MGS games on Extreme/Euro Extreme. Detective Pilgrim
I kind of wonder if all of these can be done through one playthrough, or if certain quests/side-quests contradict others and you'll have to go through two or more times to do them all. Anyway, there were three of the secret achievements that caught my eye. One that intrigued: [spoiler=ID]The D Project. I wonder what the secret is? Maybe there was a big name involved that we didn't know about? Might just something silly. One that just gave me a happy feeling: [spoiler=a]Yes Boss. Who doesn't want to argue with their boss and win? And one that just reached my inner childish side [spoiler=b]Balls
DEG23
Looking forward to giving this a go first playthrough as well, just hoping the stealth system is solid otherwise this is going to drive people crazy Have to say after watching one of the walkthough videos posted a while back, it talked about approaching each situation in a number of ways, either stealth, full out assault, so on. But to get these achievements you are most likely forced to play stealth.
bedulus
Im going to try and do all 3. hardest difficulty, no alarms, no killing anyone. all on first playthrough. i was thinkin the same
Grado
doing all 3 seems like a smart thing to do but im going to watch a walkthrough anyway just to see how to do it
ruslan74
My biggest worry is if by accident you are detected or kill somebody can you revert to a checkpoint or is your whole game stuffed up for good?

Frankie Godskin
Im going to try and do all 3. hardest difficulty, no alarms, no killing anyone. all on first playthrough. Makes sense. If you're not setting off alarms or shooting anyone, difficulty shouldn't make a difference. I just hope the hardest difficulty's unlocked from the start. Breeding
Has anyone said how long this game is? With all the achievements worded "in the same/single play through" it seems that it may be on the shorter side. Could be just me.
Nitnoid
I believe Hitman had an achievement for silent assassin, not killing anyone that's not a target. Wasn't really that hard. Maybe do a hard difficulty stealth play then a guns blazing easy playthru to mop up any missing achievements?
GodAnnihilation
SPOILER!!!!!!!!! I know one of the secret achievements is 'Unforeseen Consequence (15 G) You convinced Zeke Sanders to let his hostage go' In order to get this achievement, when you confront him at the end of the 1st mission you have the option to 'let him go' 'try to save the hostage' or 'kill him'. Select 'try to save the hostage' and then you will get 3 different things you can say to him 3 times. Select 'empathize' every time to get this done. Save before entering the room in case you want to do it another way but still want the achievement. Hope this helps when someone makes an achievement guide.
