CyanideSpirit
Like the title says, which starter pokemon will you be choosing in the new pokemon games if you decide to get it? I'll most likely be choosing Oshawatt the water type pokemon
agentplatypus
I will be choosing Snivy, the grass type.
Ice Car
Likely the fire type. Honestly though they should stop making the fire type the most powerful one.

Starstrukk X360A
The water type. I'm naming him Wotter because I like that name better than the one they really gave him. As far as I'm concerned, their english translation is non-existant.

A Twisted Smile
Pokemon starters are always the same, in my opinion. Fire always has the most difficulty to begin with, then goes on to be the most powerful (Edit: just look at this. Look at those moves, it's massively overpowered!) Water is a basic all-rounder, that's neither easy nor hard to beat the game with. Grass starts off easy then just gets beaten. Well, they're my personal opinions. Needless to say, I'll be getting one of each via trading and starting new games with my little brother. I'm favouring the grass one though this year.. Ki Owen
I will definitely be starting with the fire type. Always been my fav ever since Charmander in Pokemon Red
Jester Stephan
On all the Pokemon games I've played so far I've always gone for a water type, but I think I'll go for a fire type on this game for a change.
FootballPsycho
I'll be picking Oshawott, the Water type Pokemon. I always pick the Water type so I'll be continuing the trend for Black & White too.
institutions
I don't really like any of the new starters, so i'll probably choose Tepig then shove him in the PC. Mamepato ftw! Coolest early-game bird since Pidgey. Well, it's first form is cool anyway. It's evos look weird. I even named all my Sparrowmints on Viva Pinata after it. Nozza
I'll be starting with the Fire type. But I have to say the names for all the new pokemon are crap. Some are good like Tempig as it goes but then you get stuff like Futachimaru? http://www.serebii.net/blackwhite/pokemon.shtml They're to chinese/japanese and nothing like what they lok like or sound at all english in any way. I know its a translation but how come we got ones that make sense before like Charmander (Char - Fire, Mander - Salamander) etc! Sound more English! I've like Pokemon since I was a kid, so its only fair I get this as its a new generation but they're running out of ideas and some of them look ugly! jaco540
i think i'm gonna start with Oshawott.
RichXbox360
I'll use the grass type, if it's anything like HeartGold, the grass type will be easier to level up/get it to evolve to its next form.
Mada Man 87
I like how the grass type one looks, but i hate grass pokemon lol, so i'm going with tepig.
feeder18
I'll be getting both, I have done with every game, so I'll probably start on one, get Snivy (grass), start on the other, get Oshawott (water) and then trade Snivy over, and restart that to get Tepig (fire) then play through the game with Tepig one one and Oshawott on the other. GamerKing97
Tepig! http://archives.bulbagarden.net/media/upload/5/5b/498Tepig.png Yep, this one. Tepig. I pretty much always choose the Fire Type.

I 800 MEGATRON
Totally picking the sea otter i always go for the water type since everyone else always picks the fire type too.
hottienanako
The fire one. I like cute Pokemon. Although, his final evolution is one of the ugliest Pokemon I've ever seen.
k1ng Brownie
The fire one's first evolution looks like a chubby redneck teen wrestler http://archives.bulbagarden.net/media/upload/thumb/e/e8/499Pignite.png/533px-499Pignite.png
