Just to point out - you can do Crossed Swords in a local multiplayer match as well. Just hold the "b" button on the second player controller and then on your controller hold the "b" button and walk into the chainsaw. The animation will start and you can just pound on "b".

Complete all campaign acts on Insane Difficulty

To unlock Insane difficulty you will have to first beat the game on Casual, Normal or Hardcore. Alternately, you can find someone who has already unlocked it and be invited to their game. Beating the game on a difficulty will also unlock any lower difficulty, so starting on Insane will unlock Casual, Normal and Hardcore at the same time.

That means if I directly play "Insane" and be invited by my friend, I choose "Hardcore" level. After I finish the game, I will unlock Casual, Normal, Hardcore and Insane achievement. Am I right?
Thanks.

Is there a way to boost online achievements like wingman, king of the hill, and guardian? I know it's public only and as far as I know I can only invite my teammates. So just wondering if there is even a way to boost for those

No, YOU have to be on Insane the whole time, he can be on whatever he wants. Just that if he is on Casual he can bail you out of alot of fights since he can pretty much be rambo and just annihilate everything with ease, whereas you will not.

The next time around I had 2 inks. Tagged him with 1 and chucked the other at him while he was down....acheivement unlocked!

I would first suggest finishing off all the achievements that require public matches since those rounds played will go toward this. Once you're done with all those, get all the weapon/execution achievements (if boosting those by yourself) as those will also count. Now the easiest way to get the remaining round played is to setup a match with the following settings:

Match Type: Local
Game Type: Warzone (or Execution)
Total Rounds: 15
Round Time Limit: 1
Number Of Bots: 1 (or 9)
Bot Difficulty: Casual
Bleed-Out Time: 60
Friendly Fire: Off
Map Selection: Host
Weapon Spawning: Customize (Mulcher for all)
Map: Day One

Now you will need to have either a wired controller, Plug n' Play recharge kit or a guitar/drums controller. This way your controller will not shut off and the game will keep going. Because of the short time and large map, the bot (if using only one) probably won't find you before the one minute runs out, which will end the round in a stalemate. If for any reason he does find you, that is only one win out of fifteen that he needs, but it won't happen often. You might question the use of the Mulcher as the weapon, but this way if he chooses to pick it up, he will move much slower and take that much longer to find you. If you try the nine bot method, the two teams shouldn't have enough time to kill the entire other team. Again, whichever works best for you.
would this work with 2 controllers that are wired instead of using bots?

Yes.

Yes, but there's really no need to bother with a second controller. It's just more clutter and electricity. 9 casual bots will never complete a round in less than a minute.

Also note that while the achievements are stackable they will unlock in reverse order... they will have to load it up on a lower difficulty and complete the game if they want the achievements to look neat.

So,for Suicide Missionary, I read the following:

Play with your second player on casual or what ever and with the first on insane and it unlocks at the end, does it work?

This may seem like a larger task than the first game, but it really isn't. This includes all kills from the campaign, Horde mode, or multiplayer (ranked, unranked, local, system link).

To get this insanely fast, first do all your other achievements, then load one of two points in the campaign:

Act 1, Chapter 4 (Tip of the Spear, The Big Push)
Get on the turret and blast away the Locust spilling out of the ground, then reload your checkpoint and repeat.

Act 5, Chapter 5 (Aftermath, Closure)
Using the Brumak, blow up the two squads of Locust coming toward you, then reload your checkpoint and repeat.

It is a toss-up which is actually faster. Do whichever one you like better, or switch between the two for some variety. Reportedly 15-20 hours total if you do nothing but boost for it.

WARNING: Your progress will not fully save until you go back to the main menu. Do not simply shut off your Xbox or join an online match before doing so or all kills will be lost.
First off, great job on the guide. Second, I agree with you that being able to boost in both these places adds some much needed variety. But for what its worth; I did a little timing and I think the Brumak method (Act V Chapter V) is somewhat faster. It may be because you are able to control the Brumak whereas the rig sorta turns you away from the enemies at one point. Or it may be that there is two waves of locusts on the Brumak level versus one on the rig level. Either way, I would reccomend using the Brumak for boosting. Not trying to step on toes here, just adding my two cents. Again, great job and thanks for putting this all together.
