Abilities List

This list is still in the process of being compleated. A few things you should be aware of while reading this:
- Nimble/Mighty - At the minute we are unsure of how it is decided which of these two abilities you will receive, but the current working theory is dependand on the weapon you use.
- ???? - When you come across ???? in brackets it would be a spoiler warning if i were to include the names. Therefore i decided to leave it out and you will know when the time comes when you get these abilities.
- (Axe) - When you see a weapon type in brackets next to an ability. That ability is only avaiable with the type of weapon listed in brackets.
- Abilities - Depending on which weapons you use, you will either get regular attacks, nimble attacks or mighty attacks. Currently, i am unsure which weapons affects which ability.

Attention
I've been receiving lots of PMs about the ???? characters. As i've no Spoiler warning in the title of the tred i need you guys to decided if i should put the proper names there or leave as ????

Please reply with what you think.

Majority will decide.

Yeah i got it with rush. Ive mainly been working on mystic abiloities for him so i dont know if anyone else can learn it yet.

I figured out that blackout is a synergy attack meaning if all the people in your union are using a magic attack then instead of doing 4 different attack it does blackout hitting every monster

I find the Knee Splitter list interesting. With Rush, I did this:

Knee Splitter
Knee Splitter II
Mighty Knee Splitter II
Mighty Knee Splitter III

Any ideas why you got Nimble with Rush and I got Mighty?

I haven't played that long so I've only used the broadsword with Rush. I upgraded it to Warrior's Broadsword.

I've had Rush dual-wielding Katana/Battle Katana/Ronin Katana from as soon as possible to the Catacombs, and have gotten Nimble Devil's Due III, Nimble Bladedancer III, Nimble Resonance Edge II, and what claims to be a Dual-Wield: Katana specific art called Third Eye, which is useable as long as one of your two weapons is a katana. Resonance Edge, for the record, was Nimble Resonance Edge, then Nimble Resonance Edge II.

For me, only Pagus learned Arcana: Blackout.

Other arts I have that I don't see here are Potions: Blue Potion, which is an INT UP requiring 3 Fresh Oil and 2 Mystic Fiend Ale, Evocations: Silencer, which is a long-range small AOE that inflicts Silence, Eclipse, which is a long-range something or another that hasn't come up in battle for me yet, and Flash Arrow II.

...you think we should make this list more comprehensive/informative? Like, with AP costs and effects (status ailments, low/mid/high damage range, etc.) for everything? Or is that more of a job for GameFAQS?

i only started this list so i know what comes where and what to expect. to keep a record so to speak cause i didnt wina try and level something that cant be leveled lol and i figured to put it online incase others were thinking along the same lines as me.

in the future i may modify it for all the stuff you said. but for now im happy enough with just a complete list of abilities.

i havent really updated it today. was gona do it before i went to sleep with every reply and what ive unlocked myself so far but im too tired now so i'll do that in the morning.

but so far from what ive seen. weapons you'd expect to be fast seem to give "nimble" and the ones you'd expect to be powerful give "mighty". tho myself, i have got nimble from a one handed axe. so i'm not sure if im 100% spot on yet. i'll keep watching.

I think Syraphin is right about the weapon deciding whether the person gets mighty or nimble.

I got Mighty Knee Splitter with Rush using a Broadsword and Nimble Knee Splitter with David using a Rapier. I'll post the weapons for any skills that change to Mighty or Nimble. Oh both of them was using the weapon and a shield at the time.

i used a rapier and small 1 handed axe on rush. never a heavy sword and all of rushs abilities are nimble.

i would prob say 1 handed axe would give mighty, but as i already unlocked the nimble path with the rapier, im guessing it just kept on that path.
