As of this week I'm listening to Liebe Ist Für Alle Da by Rammstein. It's a pretty solid album, It's still got the low heavy sound they had on Reise Reise, the difference between the albums being that this is one is better, its definitely a contender for the best Rammstein album ever recorded, a lot will disagree with me, but this really is a great album.

The best track in my opinion is track 5, entitled "Bückstabü" which is actually a made up word that doesn't exist, which would explain why It's blanked out on the back of the CD, anyway, this track is really THEE heaviest Rammstein song (followed closely by Wiener Blut), possibly one of the best, Till even roars, which was shocking because he doesn't sound bad at all and was something I've never heard him do before, he sounds evil, and in my opinion this should've been the single instead of "Pussy". I'll try and find a youtube video for you to listen to.

With the exception of "Pussy", which is just laughable, every track on this album is excellent, and like I said, its a contender for the best Rammstein album ever, you should definitely look into this record. 9/10

I am currently listening to three albums: Liebe ist feuer alle da by Rammstein, Dear Agony by Breaking Benjamin, and Godspeed on the Devil's Thunder by Cradle of Filth

I'm sorry I'm just to lazy to put the albums images up but all are great albums.

I'm listening to Crack the Skye by Mastodon because it's an epic, trippy rock opera. That's metal. And there's actual SINGING. And solos that aren't just shredding.

Also, I'm getting really in Light Grenades and other albums by Incubus. They're just a generally ahead-of-the-curve alternative band, that's great for every rock/metal user who wants a break from the speed and screaming and smashing.

As of today:

Machine Head - Burn My Eyes (1994)

This is just an incredible album, and seriously in my opinion, the greatest groove metal album ever written. My favourite tracks are A Thousand Lies and Blood For Blood, the latter being more thrash orientated than groove. Straight up 10/10

Sage Francis - Human the Death Dance (2007)

Normally I hate anything related to hip-hop, but Sage Francis is different. He's clever, he often uses metaphors and word play, and doesn't just rap about "Bitches, AK's and Beer". Favourite track personally is Going Back to Rehab. 8/10

@ Gorilla Stomper: Thumbs up to you. Burn My Eyes is one of the greatest metal albums of all time. They kind of went downhill after The More Things Change, not bad just not great. After Through The Ashes of Empires though... wheww. Damn. And then The Blackening. Machine Head is here to kick ass once again.

Right now I'm listening to Trivium's Shogun. I'm am just amazed at the quality of this album. Ripping guitars, amazing solos, amazing dueling guitar parts, fast/precise drumming, haunting and just downright amazing vocals/lyrics. It just goes to show you that you don't have to be a veteran musician to put out a 5 star album.

Other albums in rotation right now:
1. Metallica - Metallica
2. Queensryche - The Warning
3. Phantom of the Opera

I would have posted album artwork/videos but I'm at work on a computer with limitations.

I've been listening to Biffy Clyro's new one this week. Not exactly a return to form or a step in the right direction after Puzzle but its still an alright record on its own. Cloud Of Stink and Whorses are probably the highlights.

Also downloaded The Beatles remasters from BlueBeat who decided to start selling them illegally. Not sure where I stand in terms of legallity on this but since my cd drive went on my laptop I've been looking for a legitamate means to get hold of them and this seemed like the best bet for a while.

So as of today I'm listening to American Me's "Siberian Nightmare Machine", and wow, this album is incredible, it's just so fucking heavy, twice as heavy as their first release "Heat", which makes me wonder how they're ever going to top this. Seriously, if you're into heavy-as-fuck downtuned hardcore then you definitely want to check out Siberian Nightmare Machine, forget Recon and Bury Your Dead and all that crap, American Me shit on both of them.

This is actually one of the weaker tracks, but it's still sick.

So today, I've been listening to Slayer's "Seasons in the Abyss" on repeat, I needed some good Slayer after listening to that crap they just released called "World Painted Blood". I love this album so much, it was actually the first Slayer CD I ever bought. The title track makes me tingly, and so does "Dead Skin Mask", they just have that creepy sound. I'd say this is the best Slayer record ever written, and a lot of people would probably baww at me for saying that, but to be completely honest, when listening to Slayer, there are only three records I need, those being, "Reign In Blood", "Seasons in the Abyss" and "God Hates Us All". Those (IMO) are really all you need out of the Slayer back catalogue... Ok maybe "South of Heaven" aswell.
