Help with Grand Slam Achievement

I need help understanding this. Says to destory 25 droids by jumping off another character. First off I don't know how to jump off your teammate or your AI counterparts or if its even possible. Or am I missing the understanding of this achievement?

you double jump on an enemy then jump off and hit X on another enemy. sometimes it counts it and sometimes it doesnt just keep at it and you will get it eventually

For the life of me I cant unlock it. Heres an example of what I'm doing. Jump up on top of a Super Droid, then jump off the Super Droid into the air and hit X which will bring me down with a saber attack and will either split a bigger droid in half or will explode a smaller droid killing a few in the vicinity. I'm making sure that when I jump off the droid its not the one I kill when coming down. I have done this about a hundred times and the achievement says only 25.

i been waiting for sum1 to explain this.

Whats even funnier is, my mom is my co-op partner and she is video game illiterate.

Shes doing good though. Im so proud.

Goes to show, get your parents introduced to games by having them play kiddie games.

My 4yr old is my co-op partner and he does awesome. He actually has to do some parts for me cus I had trouble like when you have to jump back and forth between walls to go up. He also helped me beat Termintor Salvation in co-op.

Help with grand slam achievement

Yeah the key is to double jump onto an enemy and mount them like before you do a droid jack. Once on the enemy just jump off toward a different enemy and slice it with X. I too noticed that it can be "glitchy" getting these to count but one thing that is really helpful is the "Status" page available from off the "Pause" menu. From the "Status" page you can view all of the combat based achievements and how close you are to obtaining them. Further all of the combat based achievements are nearly impossible to miss if you just keep fighting through the game. If you get really hard up just play challenges over and over until you're satisfied.

Good call viewing your progress on the Status page.
It took me many many tries to get this and seemed that if your jump off of the droid did not go way high in the air than the kill wouldn't count.

Use spider/crab droids, not battle droids.

I concur with kestrel.

Grand Slam 15
Destroy 25 Droids by doing a jump attack off another character

It seems the spider/crab droids are the best. You jump very high when you mount off those things, and then you do the slam easily.
Jumping off the back of a regular battle droid doesn't seem to work very well.
