I found the game save files.

First off, you need to go into folder settings to unhide all files and folders. This is because the AppData folder below is hidden.

C:\Users\Hoffer\AppData\Roaming\Ludia\Waldo

Substitute Hoffer above with whatever your Windows userid is. This Waldo folder had a bunch of different files in it that don't lead you to believe they are save files. I moved the files from my laptop, where I started playing the game, to my desktop and it works fine.

Actually, when I first started playing, the game was messed up due to being really slow. Not sure if it was a save file thing? After that first level, it sped up to normal.
