The Signal is definitely available now on the Australian marketplace. I can't say if it's up on other regions, but i just entered my code and am downloading now.

Probably because it's already 7/27 in Australia.

Either way, can't wait to pick this up! 250gs is ridiculously generous for what is amounting to free DLC for most people.

I just put my code in and it says it's downloading, but is it maybe just that video or whatever people were talking about? The file size is ~350mbs.

If it's about 350mb then it is the DLC. I've just finished playing through it... Good fun. Normally us Aussies have to wait until late afternoon on the release day for DLC because we get it when it releases for Americans, so i was a little surprised to see it available so soon.

Press the guide button and scroll all the way to the left and select the option "Redeem Code." Punch in your code and if the download starts, then hooray!

I have redemmed the code a while ago and it gave me a video and it said I'll get another code e-mailed to me around the time of the release of the DLC. If I don't get that e-mail tomorrow, I'll be royally pissed!

And based on that, I'm not taking the risk! I can wait until tommorrow. Glad to see some people were able to play it though!

"A while" meaning "a month." I used it about a week after I got the game. The text on the back of the card implied you were supposed to input it right away, giving instructions on how to sign up for XBL and input the code right away.
I hope I get an e-mail tomorrow.

Just finished it, and missing 3 achievements. Fast and Furious was really easy, just save a few Flare Gun shots. Missed 1 standee and 5 alarm clocks, and just need to get through it without dying. Not too bad, at all.

Thx. I input it and downloaded it. Worked fine. Played for a few minutes but I'm gonna leave it for tomorrow.

Does anyone else think this DLC is ridiculously tough? I played through on normal, expecting a leisurely stroll, but I got killed many times. Especially in the "boom" section outdoors. Now, I'm sure with some perseverance I'll be able to do it without dying, however I really think it should be a lot easier on normal.

The main game on nightmare was a cakewalk compared to this!

I somewhat agree. I died a bunch of times, but then again, I haven't played since I got my 1000 about a week or so after the release and I was not used to the controls.

I did manage to get 8/10 alarm clocks and 6/6 cardboard standees.

I did attempt the Run-On Sentence achievement but kept dying, but I think it's because I'm too distracted looking for those 2 damn alarm clocks I missed.

I forgot how alan has an asthma attack after running 5 feet. trying to run from enemies doesn't work too well when your character is dying after a few steps.

I tried to get the boss challenge of 1:30min but kept dying and when I did get it, I wasn't fast enough. I think that achievement will be a major pain in the ass.

Yeah, it seemed alot harder on normal than the main game. I died alot more than I did on the normal game.

I missed run-on sentence since I died so much, I missed 2 alarm clocks and I tried to get the boss but that didn't work too well. I'm sure I'll play it some more but might wait for an alarm clock guide. lol.

Just got Run-On Sentence. Had a couple of close moments, but overall it wasn't too bad. Just save 3 Flare Gun shots and some flares for the final encounter, and you can easily get it under the 90 seconds.

Just need 3 more Alarm Clocks, and I'll have the full 1250.

Glad I'm not alone in thinking this! I died pretty early on and thought 'wow...I really suck at this now'. I thought playing through on Nightmare would make me a bit more capable than this!

Really enjoyed the DLC though, it was a lot of fun. Started writing a guide for it while playing, but missing two alarm clocks and one cardboard standee, so I don't think I should post it...bit confused by where I'd post a DLC guide, too. But oh well.

It was hard but not tremendously so. I was actually glad for the difficult, although I can't imagine doing something like that on Nightmare
