Is importing your save from Case Zero worth it?

I don't know if there's already a thread about this, but I was just wondering if importing your PP and Combo Cards from Case Zero is worth it in Dead Rising 2

Umm, it's worth a little bit but the value obviously has depreciated a ton because of the leveling that you could have gotten before DR2 actually came out. Though you do get a few novelty items to wear in DR2 so if you really want those then I suggest you go for it.

If you've played case zero, I don't see a reason why you shouldn't bring your save into DR2. You don't loose anything and you gain that extra PP that can help. So I'd say yeah.

It's pretty much just a way of being better equiped at the start of the game. Not worth it much however, as you'll most likely hit the highest level anyway over the course of the game and also get the combo cards. A few of the outfits are a nice bonus though.

Edit: haven't posted on this website in 2 years, my sig reeeeaally needs updating.

I definitely enjoyed the small perks with importing my save from case zero.

I enjoyed Case Zero, which I never played up until this past weekend, but didn't import my stats in. I've already beaten DR2, maxed out my character, etc. Unless the PP adds to what I currently have in DR2, then it's not a big deal for me to do that.

I think it is because you could start dr2 at level 5 and like @#9 I haven't played it yet until this past weekend but really it's up to you it's a good way for someone new to the series to see what they can expect in dr2 and since there is 3 slots to save if you decide to import it and you could also try it without to see which way you like better

At the very least Case Zero was an easy 200 pts.

Yes, because starting off is a little rough. At least it will get you a step closer to the point where you can have fun!

Everything you can transfer from case zero you will get in no more than 30 minutes in DR2, but if you're doing Case Zero anyway for achievements then yeah it's worth it.
