3. The Strip snowglobe - Vault 21 (Vegas Strip), locked room in the northeast corner
4. Test Site snowglobe - Lucky 38 Casino, Cocktail lounge on the counter
5. Mt. Charleston snowglobe- Jacobstown in Jacobstown Lodge, sitting on the reception desk

i don't think any are but you probl have to find them before you finish the game. Cause i read in a interview once you finish the story the game ends and and can't free roam like in fallout 3. Here is the link.

what a douche move on their part . if you learned anything from the last game ...multiple saves . not falling for the dlc though , i will wait and rent the GOTY edition and spend 5 bucks instead of 50 $ .

Where does it say that you can't free roam after the story?
Can't find it and it seriously doesn't sound like a true Fallout "move" (from the developers)

I do smell a whole bunch of level cap and other cash cow DLC incoming like there's no tomorrow..

The stand that my Goodsprings globe is resting on has 6 more open slots for globes. So 7 would be my guess.

I'm glad, this is actually a more Fallout move to do. The first two games BlackIsle(Obsidian) had actual endings. Fallout 3 had an ending and then Bethsoft made it null. It's nice feel like you've come full circle and there isnt this stigma of knowing you will always live at the end or you have this open story that didnt get wrapped up some how.

From the interview linked above:

Can we continue playing after the main quest line ends?

No. Instead, Fallout: New Vegas has a real ending, that shows the results of your actions throughout the game and how they affected the different factions, locations and people you encountered.

On the ach picture it shows 7 so I think 7 is the correct answer.

have you gotten into vault 21? it's the only locked room in the vault. From the entrance take a left and it's in the corner. the globe is inside the room on a table

Thinking up different touristy places taht would have been around before the war I have this feeling the last globe is in RedRock. Perhaps at the Great Khans camp? Looking around now and there is a door that is locked in the head house, but i'm not good enough at lockpicking yet. Will let you know

I have three houses and have yet to see any actual stand that they go into. I mean you can always drop them on the floor and manipulate them by clicking the right stick but ehh. I just sold them to MrHouse as he gives 2000 for each and the globes have no other use than to be sold. Unlike the bobbleheads they dont increase stats... bit of a silly thing that they dont increase SPECIAL ...seeeing how there is 7 letters and 7 globes. Oh well

UPDATE : Nevermind I found a stand in my Lucky38 Presidental suite

Hoover Dam

The one you're missing is the Hoover Dam snowglobe. I found it in the Hoover Dam Offices, sitting on the main desk. It's the first or second building on the Hoover Dam as you're walking on it from West to East. You'll walk into a large room with a large welcome desk in the middle of it. It's on the desk.
