This is the full guide on how to unlock achievements for "The Sims 3".
Please note before reading: There might be easier ways to do this.
Enjoy reading! FightingGamerz.

Create a household.
This is done by pressing the "Randomize" button (X or Y) and saving.
Once you have a house bought, you will unlock this achievement.

Complete the in-game tutorial.
There's nothing to be said about this one.
Just follow the on-screen instructions (7 steps) to unlock.
How you Doin'? (10 )
Learn the Charisma Skill.
You must pick a time when you have good health bars.
When you have this, read the book in your inventory.
(Click on your Sim > Inventory > Charisma Vol. 1 > Read)

You have to do what is said.

This comes after the "BFF!" and "It's a Date" and "You ... Your First" achievements.
Make sure your friendship is high enough to do this
Climbing the Ladder (20 )
Reach level 5 in a career.
To be honest, there's no better way then:
- Keep you skills at the right point (or higher!)
- Make sure your health bars are green
- (some jobs)[/B]make sure your friends are enough (co-workers)
You'll get promotion when the green progress bar is fully filled.
Do that 5 times and voila!

You need §1100 (car + driveway; driveway costs §150) for this one.
This achievment will come on your way.
Don't do this is you barely have §1100!
Not Twice, But 10 Times (20 )
Complete 10 Opportunities.
I don't have any "How-To"s on this.

Once you're in the house, you get the achievement.
Expertise (25 )
Reach level 10 in a Skill.
Before you start, make sure that you don't have a job.
This is done to get more time for training.
Just go learn a skill to level 10. It's pritty time-taking.
- When your health is critically low, use the Karma powers!
- (if you have unlocked it)The Karma power "Genius [...]" will speed up this process a bit.
Once a Parent, Always a Parent (40 )
Welcome a child into the family.
Just do this when you have a good friendship.
Do a lot of Woo-Hoo's until you hear a baby-sound!
Wait a few days, or weeks, and get the baby!
Congratulations, new parent!
Working Friends (30 )
Become best friends with your boss and all of your co-workers.
Just take your time on doing this.
A high Charsma Skill helps this a bit.
Be Excellent To Each-other (15 )
Reach the maximum potential Karma.
You can do this in combination with "Expertise".
You'll get a amount of Karma every midnight.
Just practise your skill while your gaining Karma!
Once the Karma is 100, the achievement unlocks.

Complete a Lifetime Wish.
Just do your Lifetime Wish ASAP!
Use the previous "wish" achievement for hints etc.
Home is Where the Simoleons Are (10 )
Raise your household's value to §35,000 or more.
Just work and don't spend your money on furniture.
That will be the fastest way to do this.

This is just how I did unlock my achievements.
I know there could be Achievement Pics and Sybol "G" and more details, but that just simply isn't my goal. My goal is to be a EASY, not very detailed (so not very HARD) thread. I might be thinking about replacing all "G" into logos but I'm not adding Achievement Pics thanks for posting
