Guide to adding your gamertag.

Due to the large recent increase in questions about adding your gamertag to the site and what happens when you do this I decided to make this short guide for an explanation and a place to descuse the fetures that it gives you. This is not a thread to spam for 5 posts. Any spamming will be reported and infractions will be given.

To be able to change your gamertag and other details you need 5 posts. Adding your gamertag to the site does not check off achievements in guides or lists to do this you have to use the My360Achievements feature. To see how this works and how to use it please see This Guide by Fixxmatix.

Step 1: Go to your User Control Panel. This is located at the top bar above any forum or thread.

Step 2: Click on the Edit Your Details button at the top of the side bar.

Step 3: Scroll down to the bottom where there is a text box for you to enter your gamertag.

Your done. If your lazy you can you This Link to jump to step 3.

Please note changing your gamertag doesn't change your Username. You can only change your Username if you are a subscriber to the site.

What it adds
Adding your gamertag allows it to be displayed when ever you post under your user avatar. It also activates your profile details showing your tag.
Hope this thread has helped people and stopped all the new threads being made.
