Thank YOU for writing it all out and colour coding it all so it's easy to understand it will look great once it's all done, edited so it's got each memory in each specific genre so to speak to make back tracking for missed ones a whole lot easier.
And I would assume that once someone makes a roadmap and guide to 1000, they will sticky your thread but I'd say you'd be able to make that yourself once this is done anyway, your writing style is great and the rest of the achievements are reasonably standard and it wouldn't be too hard to do... Either way, keep up the good effort. The rest of us will help when we can I guess

One quick question:

Can you (after you have beaten the game) use the chapter select to get the collectables you have missed during the 1. playthrough?

Or do you have to start a New Game+?

In chapter 2 - before Radula Room #2, head left and shrink next to the big shell. There is a tunnel, at the end of the tunnel is a memory.

i think u miss this in chapter2(oyster garden)
snout10.5(from ur list) in jellyfish area before enter puzzle room,turn back right
it's stick on the stone(up high)

i can't fine the last snout in this area

the missing bottle in chapter two is after you exit Radula Room 2 you turn right and enter the keyhole, before you head back to the town.

yeah just found last snout in chapter 2 (finally got all of collectables)
snout 4.5 from ur list before go to hms gryphon
inside cave go to moving invisible platform
shrink for move it to the end(2 times),snout is on ur head^^

Is anyone else having a really lame issue where they will lose the last bottle they found if they die (after a checkpoint)? I'm on Chapter 2 and so far I've lost 1 bottle to this and almost lost a second, luckily I checked to make sure I still had it, I didn't, so I had to grab it again. I even shot a snout at the same time I grabbed the bottle and didn't have to redo the snout... I may be the only one experiencing this, would be my luck, but if not maybe you should add a note for that to the first post. Maybe it's just Chapter 2? I didn't pay attention a whole lot to my Chapter 1 numbers so I'm no sure :/

I can indeed, confirm that you are correct. My missing chapter 2 bottle? The very 1st one, which I know I picked up. I must have died subsequently, loosing it in the process. Make sure you pick up any nearby bottles near checkpoints after dying.

Rad room 4 in Chapter 3 is a few seconds after bottle 18 in the guide. After coming down from it, go through the other honeycomb and stay along the right wall. You should see a keyhole you can go through.

One quick question:
