Your favorite cardio exercise

Hi to all. There are lot of cardio exercises but i like walking. It is my favorite exercise. Which exercise is your favorite from these and why?
1. Running
2. Walking
3. Yoga
4. Cycling
5. Swimming.

Swimming is favorite but it's hardest to do because of the obvious water requirements. I usually run a lot. Walking is boring, I hate Yoga and biking is just not my thing.

Walking doesn't really seem like real cardio to me.. I honestly can't imagine getting a good workout from just walking unless you do it 4 hours a day.

From that list I would say cycling but overall I prefer boxing for my cardio

Running is my favorite cardio exercise.It is very useful for burning fats of body.Running is not an art or technique,everyone can do it.It increases stamina of body and improves breathing too.It is best exercise for health and fitness.

I prefer to running because this exercise promptly feedback me. Then i prefer to walking. Everyday we have to spent some time for this exercise to reduce the chances of cardiac diseases. These exercises are simple and easy. All ages of persons can do this easily especially cardiac patients.

There are many cardio exercises but running is my most favorite exercise because its a best way to reduce weight quickly and we can also increase strength.
