Well there are several different ways to increase your weight capacity. Firstly, I should mention that more parts are available each time you advance to a new stage.

Here's a list of whats available to me, and I'm only at the Underworld 3rd stage.
Rising Speeder (A) -(Only part I've purchased. Its 160 MSP & well worth it)
Ursus 15P (C)
Strong P500 (C)
Mighty 1000 (D)
Strong P350 (D)
ST1000-Worker (E)
AT770-Tortoise (E)

Weight Capacitor 1.0 (C)
Gravitron Microprocessor (E)

Hydraulic Fluid:
Brawnoleum (C)

Also, just about every leg has a different max weight. The best for max weight are Helix Legs followed by Hefty Legs. Personally I'm using Stock Legs LVL 2 on my Brawler instead of Hefty LVL 2 for the added durability, mobility and Movement speed... plus its cheaper though I'm missing out on a possible 42 pounds but I'm not maxed on weight yet anyways. my next leg upgrade will probably be a lvl 3 or 4. I'll let you know what I go with if you want...
