Can't Connect to Friend's game with Open NAT

I really need your help guys, when I try to join a friend's party, it says "Can't connect to Xbox Live party" the same things happen with my friends, they can't join me. This also apply to games, if I invite them, they cant join and viceversa.

HOWEVER This only happens with some friends, not all. What the hell is going on. I have Open NAT. I've tested it a lot. It's always open.

By example, even FIFA 12 says at the beginning: Your firewall is OPEN. so there should be no problem right?. Noooo. I can't play with some friends.

I really really need your help guys. Any tips?

My first thought is - Are you sure it's YOU and not THEM with the NAT issue?

Second, just because you have an Open NAt, does that mean all of the ports that should be forwarded are forwarded?

I had a friend I could never get connected to he swore he did all the port forwarding. I blamed my router and bought a new one and still had a problem with it. I eventually went over to his house and logged into the router and seen that he forwarding the ports to the wrong address on his network. He had the forwarding set up for his PCs address and not his xbox's. Made me mad because the guide I sent him showed him how to find it for the xbox and he just chose to skip that part.

You mind sending that guide in a private message? Just wanna be sure ive done the right things.

I dont have a problem connecting to friends that often, there is like 2 people but i know both of them have internet trouble/fucked up connections.

Pisses me off that i have trouble finding games on MW3 though
