Can Stats be reset?

Can anyone tell me if stats can be reset as my stats say I have found all signs yet it wont give me the achievement, also i have deleted all saves that i have and that doesnt help

I don't think they can it says that I have x number of thrmses and won't give the ach
I deleted the gamesave deleted cache reinstalled

I might buy a new Xbox just to try it on that one

Some games save collectibles and other bits of data on the gamertag itself. Why they do it is beyond me, but they do. This means deleting data won't work, changing consoles won't work, and even recovery won't work since Xbox Live stores an image of your gamertag with all data intact.

What you can try though is the USB trick, a technique for loading the game with no stats, then overwriting them on your profile. Details can be found here, though the technique is for another game it should still be applicable (you may just need to experiment with where exactly to reinsert the USB).

Aside from transferring your data with a USB, which in itself isn't a certainty, probably not.
