No kills AND Incapacitating

Ok, so after too many hours of scouring for answers about killing and incapacitating on hard difficulty, I gave up. I tested this myself and here's the skinny....if you incapacitate an enemy on hard they ALWAYS get back up. If you let them get back up and melee them again, they WILL die, but it does NOT count as a kill. ONLY finishing them off while they are incapacitated, on the ground, counts as a kill. Wish I could've found this 12 months ago, would've started on hard/ hard and killed everything and saved the no kills for an easy run through...oh well, c'est last vie! Hope this helps someone out.

As a side note, I just found that if they "die" during a fight, BEFORE becoming incapacitated first time, you'll know by the sound of a low gong sound, it doesn't count as a kill either.
