There is not need to get all treasures, but just for fullfillness.
I also have 2 missing in the villa, and although I can see them on the map, I can seem to see them when I travel over the area.
I have done all upgrades.

Try going into the well, or into the church or into the cave.

Yeh there are a few that you cannot access untill you renovate that area, the mines for example.

I found a couple treasures by dropping into the well, but there are still some that elude me. Is there a way to get in the cave? Everytime I've gone to it there is always an iron gate blocking the way. Is there some other passage or something that I'm missing that leads you to some of the other treasures? Thanks.

You need to upgrade the cave area then you can go into it from outside the wall, do a bit of jumping and there ya go!

You have to have all of the renovations done. The trickiest ones are in the well (entrance near the villa), the mine (entrance outside of town in the cave, directly behind villa), and inside the church (up above the entrance). There are some in the baracks and brothel as well I believe but those are easier to find.

Yeah thanks guys, I figured it out after a while. I realized the "entrance" with the iron gate that I kept going to is actually the exit of the assassin tomb you can unlock from Uplay. I found the true entrance to the mine/cave and had no problems after that. Still curious about that island south of Dorsoduro though....

The two in the mines and the two down the well took me a while to find. I never really thought they would be in those places at all.
