Super Streak Assistance
Basketball 3-Point 15 streak in a row. I swear this is extremely inconsistent. One game I get 14 in a row. The next game using the same method I'm hitting high backboard. I've tried not jumping with elbows bent 90 degrees and palms facing each other with fingers closed. I gently squat down and pop back up barely shifting my arms.
Does anyone else have any other consistent methods?
*UPDATE* Finally got it and actually got 18 in a row. Did the same exact thing I mentioned above but instead with my arms still 90 degrees, I squatted and put my hands next to my ears, then as I rose from my squat and rotated my arms 90 degrees. So glad this is finally done.
