Game Price?

Any idea or links to how much this will cost?

My guess will be 1200 points

Looks like a retail release. They usually don't go below 30 with brand new releases, but they are probably just going to throw it out at 60 bucks because people are going to buy it anyway.

I think $40 was the confirmed price a while back. Love paying $37 more than on an iPhone.

It'll sell but i'll stick to playing this on my iPod/Android phone every now and then. No way is it worth around 30.

24.99 on Amazon UK,
I personally don't think it's that bad, to me it would be just the same as sitting on your phone for half an hour or so but just working towards proper achievements and using a controller, for some people who dont have a phone or ipod or whatever that can play the game but have an Xbox or PS3, they can now play it with ease too.
25 quid isn't too much and yes it will probably go down after a few months but for a massive Angry Birds fan this is worth it day one, I'll certainly consider it.

1. it costs 24 more on ps3 and xbox
2. it already has "proper" achievments on game center
3. sorry for the insult but your an idiot for thinking this isnt very bad, its very very bad and a rip off. the fact your saying 24.99 for a game thats worth 2.07 proves that!

What's with calling people "an idiot"?? It's up to him what games he plays or what he spends his money on and it definatly doesn't give you the right to call him an idiot for wanting to purchase this title

I don't see the point in buying the next versions of COD, FIFA, GOW etc as they don't offer anything much over the originals but people still buy them

I agree that it would have been nicer to see these split up over 3 XBLA releases at 400 (even 800) MSP with 400 achievement points per title. ($15-$30 for 1200 cheevo points).

$40 for 1000 points isn't a terrible deal but it is definitely a price point aimed at fans of the series and likely a deterrent for casual gamers (until the price drops). Still, Angry Birds is a popular enough brand that people will still purchase at this price.

I am considering the purchase because I feel these birds have suffered enough at porcine hands. They have a right to be angry and they need help in their fight!

Also: comparing Game Center cheevos to 360 cheevos on a 360 cheevo site is likely to be as well received as a fart in a space helmet. Not the best move.

I paid 27 euros. Don't regret it, it works amazingly well with the good old xbox controller. Haven't tried it with the Kinect so far. It's definitely worth my money. Very addictive.

I'm a definite fan and i think $40 is very reasonable. They could have easily charged the full $60.

You can find the game for less than 25 EUR in Europe, not a bad deal though

I know, but the shop I bought it from doesn't charge shipping costs and delivery was on Wednesday. Ordering from the UK takes more than a week.
