Quick Scaling Question

Do raid bosses and/or arena areas scale to your level or are they set?

I am getting to level 61 right now and am just wondering if it will help with raid bosses and arena challenges. Thanks.

If you're on UVHM then yes all enemies will scale with you.

So if I play on normal with a level 61 the raid bosses and arenas will be easier?

Yep, you'll be killing them in one shot and they will find it almost impossible to kill you (if you've got good level 61 gear). The max enemy level on normal is 35 or around about that. But don't forget that the loot they drop will also be that level and therefore useless for your level 61 so no point farming on normal.
