Ok anybody do the quest?? and got the achievement Clean Hands.

I do with the sleep dards and the final chapter screen doesn't count as kill remanins cero but the soldier says another master dead.

I'm not sure if this is helpful, but I did the duel and then reverted to a save soon before I had even spoke with Lord Shaw. Beat the mission without any alerts or kills, and yet at the end of the mission, the stats still claimed I killed a civilian. I dont know that Lord Shaw was that civilian, but I know of no other civilians I could have killed, unless one of the maids I put to sleep was eaten by a rat, which is highly unlikely because I had 3 maids in the same little area...

I too am going for clean hands, obviously haha, and I would assume just leave the mission alone. If you plan on doing another playthrough with killing, as I do, save it for them.

You don't have to do it for clean hands. Matter of facts you don't have to do any side missions.

I did use the sleeping darts on him and achievements poped, if that's what you wanna know.

Yes I did.
You are welcome.

I guess the guards are so "dumb" that they can't tell faint from dead.
Or they don't expect anyone to be so "mercy" on a duel. LOL.

Pretty sure the target in that mission counts as a civilian.

Its lazy programming. They didn't feel like recording and programming in a second audio track for a different result. If you pay attention to some of the dialogue during some of the major cut scenes they tried really hard to stay neutral so that the scenes apply no matter if you killed the main target or not. However, there are some major dialogue parts where they seem to imply that you kill a major target even when you didn't.

Do assassinating the key targets count as kills? If so then how do you kill the two people in mission 3 non-lethally?

I can confirm. Hit him with a tranq dart and, even though the guards talk about how they'll need to clean up the body, he's unconscious. I got Clean Hands as that other no kill one.
