This is a very fast and easy 200 that will feel familiar to anyone that has played Angry Birds. It consists of several different style events.
Wagon runs - simply get you wagon to stop in between the two flags.
Jester, Duke, Wizard & Peasants - fire your catapult at the objective.
Towers, forts, & castles - First you must get your wagon in between 2 flags, then you must launch a bomb at the castle and try to blow up the gold door.
Step One (the only step):
Playthrough every event, making sure to get gold on all towers, forts and castles. There is no need to get gold on all the catapult events. Try to get Fluke Duke on one of the 4 capitol castles. As long as you don't earn a medal, you can keep restarting until you pass it on your first try.
All in Jest 10
Complete all Jester challenges
Duke it out 10
Complete all the Duke challenges
Coming up roses 10
Unlock Romeo armour
Unlock all skeletal upgrades
Complete Banker 5
Break gold, silver and bronze doors in a single castle
On the tower, fort and castle levels you will need to drive your battlewagon to the shooting area. From there you have 3 bombs to shoot at the doors (up to 6 bombs with upgrades). Just replay the first tower 3 times and get a bomb to blow up a different door each time.
Fluke Duke 5
Get gold in any capitol castle on first attempt
This is the only tricky achievement in the game. There are only 4 capitol castles in the game. If you dont get it after playing through the game, just start a new game and keep trying the first capitol over again. Not only does it need to be your first "attempt" on a map, but you also have to do it using only 1 bomb. You can restart as many times as you want and it will still unlock as long as you haven't earned any medals on it yet.
Let them eat cake 10
Complete all peasant challenges
On the wagon 15
Complete all wagon-run levels
High King 25
Get gold in every castle
You will need to get gold on all the towers, forts, and castles. You DO NOT need to get all gold on the catapult events. I always tried to get my first shot to fall just short and then use my remaining 2-4 shots (depending on upgrades) to get it in the gold.
Crowning Glory 5
Complete a castle with the jewelled armour
Trumpet of Doom 5
Shoot an enemy with the trumpet cannon
Story related. You won't be able to beat the later levels without using the trumpet cannon. You get this achievement in the autumn area.
Complete all wizard challenges
Singing in the rain 5
Unlock the umbrella ram
The Wagonator 10
Complete a castle with full health
Do this on Fort Jarenburg in the spring area. Equip the wooden spoon plow and the jump springs. Now you just need to make sure to jump over all the rocks.
Spring Dawn 10
Complete the capitol castle in summer
Summer Rain 15
Complete the capitol castle in summer
Autumn Breeze 20
Complete the capitol castle in autumn
Winter Night 25
Complete the capitol castle in winter

Few good additions would be to include the upgrades and what they do. Like the umbrella knocks certain animals, the spoon knocks smaller animals, and the fist knocks the bigger animals. The saw looking thing takes care of the walls you cannot jump over. Certain guns only kill certain enemies. That would be worth noting in the guide. I got the trumpet kill in Winter because the level you earn the trumpet on is second to last stage, and the stage following has no enemies to shoot with that specific upgrade.
You will have to describe what the upgrade looks like for the ruby armor, as it really is not that obvious. Ruby makes you think of gems. I believe they are roses ?
Anyways one more thing I can think of. The extra bombs are an upgrade and you MUST scroll down with your finger to see them. That is not obvious at all and I found them after already completing every level. It would have saved me time if I knew how to find them. I just thought I had not earned them yet. Scroll down in the last column where the springs are.
Edit: Up difficulty? Fluke Duke is extremely annoying
Attempted 35 times

Fluke Duke has been changed in one of the updates. Now you can get it whenever you replay a capital and get gold with the first bomb. I got it after I beat everything else, going for gold in each castle.
