Just the Tip achievement

"Awakened: Craft a weapon using a MK-II Weapon Tip."

Are these parts available already or will they likely only be available in the DLC? I never paid close attention to the MX-xxx parts.

I know if you completed something, it might have been one of the collectibles, you got MK-II parts, which you were then able to make. So you may be able to craft one if you did that. Can't be 100% sure though.

You get the MK-II Overclocked parts set by beating the game on Pure Survival. I'm guessing just use a MK-II part for the tip.

True, but I've been finding MK-II pick ups in the dlc. I think that the tip is just hidden somewhere.

I had a tip as soon as I started the DLC, so anything you obtained before will work, dunno if I got the MK-II from a ration pack or what, but yeah, if you already have one, you can get the achievement right away.

It means MK-II Conic Dispersal an the like basically just craft your weapon with a barrel of your choosing that has an MK-II on it

Keep in mind that most of the weapon parts you found in the main game were mkV not mkII.
There is a weapon tip behind a torque door late in the dlc that will give you the achievement.

I'm sorry but I'm missing something here, MK-V's are only available through the ration seal/microtransaction packs, and MK-II's are strune about in the NG+ playthrough. Also can be attained after completing Classic as well

Ooooookay. Just seen several people saying "I made a weapon with my mark-v tips and no achievement" and I didn't even notice the II at first either.
I think lots of people see the word Mark and just assume they are all the same
