Mass Effect Genesis 2

Quote:
Mass Effect Genesis 2 is an interactive backstory produced by Dark Horse Comics and BioWare. Revisit the key decisions of the original Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2 that shape the final chapter of the trilogy. Mass Effect 3 is required to play Genesis 2.
Isn't it like waaay too late for this? Still, if the Mass Effect 2 decisions are thorough enough (particularly when it comes to loyalty mission decisions), it could be a good shortcut to seeing some of the many cutscene variations in this game.

Will update once more info is available.

tl;dr - Call it the Xbox One or X1.

I can see it being a "Save Mordin without having to actually kill Wrex" sort of thing, but that'd be about it for me. But why bother? If I'm going to play it, I'm going to play it. :P

i watched a video of it on youtube. the first genesis was ok as it covered the major stuff. the second one is not as good. its very basic and vague. one of the biggest things that made this series for me was the little references. id rather play it all over again.

Maybe a response to all those recent stats that showed what high percentages didn't meet Wrex etc.

100 hours reduced to 20 minutes. I'm not sure somebody who didn't play ME 1 and 2 could understand whats going on. I do but I played 1 & 2 multiple times.

Like I always said, story of ME2 can be told in one sentence: Alines are attacking humans, go kill the aliens.

Even if that is the case, it's still late as hell. This should have been available since day one, especially since the last game had one. I think this is very stupid. Maybe next April they'll put out another appearance pack...for Thane and Miranda. Great.

I can understand getting this if you're a Wii U owner, but that's about it. It seems rather pointless.
