Story progression question

So I went through all of season 1 and after I completed it I deleted it like I do with all completed games. So will I be screwed out of much for not having a backstory? I mean I know I can play and get achievements but how much will I be missing do you think?

Considering the fact that the first season of the game leads into it and affects this extra episode, which in turn affects the second season of the game, I'd say you'll miss out quite a bit.

Why would you delete an 11 MB save file?

^This.

My 120GB hard drive is just littered with save files. I never delete them, no matter how big or old they are, or even if I will never even play the games again. I currently have around 90 - 95GB free space, and that's including a few games and DLC installed.

Although, he didn't actually say if he deleted the save files. Did you?

Even if I had the 250 I'd still fill it up although yeah I don't delete saves EVER.

I doubt you'll miss much as...

If you deleted the save file, there will be small differences, but you can still play the game.

Redownloading the game will not help you either.

And you will need to download Episode 1 to play this.

Like I said after I 100% a game I delete it. I don't see the point in keeping the game and saves for a game I won't play anymore. Delete and move on.

So I just need to have episode 1 or replay episode 1?

There's certain games that you should, but certain games dont deserve it, especially when it was obvious that Episode 1 affects Episode 2

Never delete my saves at all, I still own all my PS2 and old PC saves, you never know one day you may need them, and in this gen with DLC and achievements, deleting them is a little bonkers.
