Alan Wake

Alan Wake Achievements

Collector's Edition

Find all of the manuscript pages in the game, including the ones in Nightmare mode.

There are certain manuscript pages that are only available in Nightmare mode. There are only a handful per chapter, but you need to complete the game on Normal or Hard first to unlock this mode. For the guide on where to find these, check this thread out here.

Bawrash is correct, and the ones in nightmare seem especially easy to find, as they seem to be placed almost directly along the main path in most cases.

This one took me a little longer than I expected, but I agree, the Nightmare ones, are piece of cake

I'm working my way through it right now its pretty easy if you just do not stop moving moving and rest at all lights to get checkpoints and save your flares and flaregun ammo for when your about to die really far from your last checkpoint. With this I beat the first four chapters in one sitting.

You can find pages in what game you want, but there are 3 to 5 pages you can find ONLY in Nightmare mode. My suggestion is play on normal and collect everything, than play nightmare and go for those 12 pages or so.

Thank God are only a few ones to catch... we can run, try to run, dodge, try to run, flare gun them, run, try to run, pick the f* manuscript, run, try to run... till the end of the levels!!

Anyone know a good guide for this? I can't find one on YouTube and they've been left out of Webb's written guide on the site :/

As the collection thread is incomplete, here's my complete guide (normal and nightmare) on Facebook:

Feel free to add me, good luck with the achievement! :)

I love how these collectible actually add to the game rather than just being random objects strewn throughout the game.
