Assassin's Creed II

Assassin's Creed II Achievements

Bleeding Effect

Complete training and reenter the Animus.

This is story related and cannot be missed. Immediately following the completion of DNA Sequence 6, you will return to present day. Walk around the workshop and speak with Shaun and Rebecca to learn more about your history and about your mission. When you have completed that, exit the workshop and walk downstairs to meet up with Lucy. After your conversation, you will need to test your abilities by arming four security alarms in the warehouse. This is not complicated at all. When that is done, as you are walking back to the workshop, you experience a flashback and you appear as Altair in Acre, a city from the first game. In this sequence, you are required to chase someone around the city to the top of a high corner tower (the guards will not interfere with you at all). When you reach the top of the tower, a cutscene will play and you will wake up back in present day. After some conversation, walk over to the Animus, press any button and the achievement will unlock.

For everyone else that gets stuck on that damn balcony--those of us who haven't played the first one--sit on the ledge in front of the stupid door, position yourself under the stupid post (facing said stupid door), hold down RT, push & release A, & he should catch the damn thing.

The balcony sucks so goddamn hard! Why have they done this?!?! I'm playing video games since I'm seven years old but I can't do this!!! Fuck it. Fuck Ubisoft. Fuck Assassin's Creed. This one moment is such a piece of shit. I can't nearly find words for it.

That balcony took me a minute or two also. If anybody is playing this game and is stuck, the trick is to stand directly under the wooden pole jutting out and only press the right trigger + A, I found using the left analogue stick at all would make him jump off. Hope this helps.
