Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood

Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood Achievements

Tower Offense

Burn All Borgia Towers.

There are a total of 12 Borgia towers to burn down in Rome. To access these buildings, you must first kill the Borgia captain. If you happen to get caught while trying to kill the Borgia captain, he will flee. If you are unable to kill him before he flees, he will be gone until the next shift. Kill him when he appears again. You can use your Assassins to kill him rather easily. Upon killing the Borgia captain, the tower can be climbed and set ablaze.

You cannot access all 12 Borgia towers right at the start of the game. There are several locations in Rome that you cannot access. Upon completing Sequence 6, you will be able to locate the final Borgia Tower.

I believe the earliest you can get this is sequence 7, as up until then sections of the map with Borgia towers in are locked.

When you have the map pulled up hit the right top bumper and it will show the borgia towers and the areas that it controls. It also tells who you have to kill to be able to burn the tower and their fighting style, ie coward. It also shows the level of difficulty 1 to 5 stars. Very helpful I found this.

The earlier you start burning these down, the better. It makes the rest of the game go much smoother.

the best way to find the towers are to go to a part of the map which is unmapped

You can easily take out the Borgia Captains (i think that's what they're called) but staying on the rooftops and shooting them with your gun. Then u can climb the tower and burn it. Make sure people aren't chasing you when your climbing the tower, they'll just shoot you and make you fall. Hope this helps.

It becomes so much easier when you have a few assassins on your side to help you.
I actually liked this achievement quite a bit!

One Assassin from my Brotherhood was killed in the last and most difficult Borgia Tower. I felt so sad and killed all guards with angry, then I closed her eyes... "requiescant in pace"

that's why i love this game!

For some reason on one of the towers after I killed the Captain and climbed to the top of one it isn't showing the button to ignite it. I'm not sure what happened or how to fix this.
