Hungerer of Knowledge
|See 85% of all the memory glitches.|
During the majority of cut scenes while you're playing as Altair, you will sometimes see the screen 'glitch'. You will see a bunch of hexagon-shaped molecule diagrams flash quickly on the screen.

I just unlocked this during the speech of my sixth victim, Majd Addin.
I guess the reason I got it earlier than described is that I replayed a few assassinations.
After being discovered during an assassination, I paused, exited to the Animus, and chose continue.
I then ended up in the Assassin hideout (the ones entered through the roof), and I could then try again.
If this isn't a one time bug, you could get this cheev by reloading again and again.

I missed this one by 3 glitches but fortunately you can just replay memories to get them so I just redid the first memory.
The first level (temple with the ark) explains glitches and shortly after the explanation shows up in text on the screen a few glitches happen during the cut scene. once you know what they are they are quite easy to spot.

I figuered out that I missed all the memory glitches, so I just replayed from Memory Block 1 on the same gamefile and got it during the assassination of the knowledge burner. A Glitch is just another perspective on the event. Have fun!
If you missed a conversation with Lucy, you'll have to start over.

Glad that you can replay memories to get this. I'm about to do my 9th and it still hasn't popped and the guide says that it should show up by the 8th. I must have missed a couple glitches. I thought that I was hitting buttons constantly while the cut-scenes are running. I guess not.

I didn't realise that there were glitches in the little chats with the assassination victims until about the fifth memory block. Still got the acheivement but it was a bit annoying to find out so late...

@shannanigans7: Did you get the glitches from your little chats with your assassinations victims while they're laying there dying? Pretty much every time they talk during those is a glitch.

Nice guide in helping to remember the glitches and when to expect them. However, the 85% mark is wrong. I managed this Achievement after killing Sibrand (before Jubair)on Memory Block 5. And yes, I did follow your guide to that point so many thanks for that.
They are so easy to miss when you're watching the FMV parts,so I would add that, as soon as you see the 'recording memory' notification, be on that X button on the lead-up to and after the assassination.

Basiacally, during a Cutscene, just press a, b, y or x when you get the weird squares during the cutscene. Just always tap the A button during every single cutscene. You will get it :D

@26 Usually when you are in a cutscene with one of the assassination targets (that is when you first come across them or when they are dying as you talk to them) they are the most apparent. Strange blue hexagons that look like DNA strands spill across the scene and it makes a sort of zapping like noise too. As soon as you see this go across the screen press any button (A, B, X, Y etc) and it'll change the camera angle meaning that you have successfully done the glitch.
I thought I was getting them all but didn't get it till the second to last glitch! Close one or what!? Now I just need to mop with the flags, viewpoints, templars and free mission achievements and I'm all done!

Every time there is a flash of the Animus's coding across the screen -DURING CUTSCENES- (not when you're running from guards, that's the chase scene thing..)
press any button (i'm spamming LB and RB because it's comfortable and will not effect the game incase the cutscene is broken) some cutscenes have anywhere from 0 to 5+ glitches, just keep pressing a button. You have to press a button within about 1-2 seconds of the glitch appearing on the screen, so you don't have to mash on the controller too hard. should be easy, just don't forget! (Press buttons when you are not in control of your characters movements)

This achievement is extremely easy, people are thinking about it too hard. If you're in doubt, just keep tapping A, B, X or Y during ALL the cut scenes. Annoying? Yes... but there is your achievement. This is NOWHERE NEAR as annoying as getting all those stupid effing flags!!!!

I agree with #38, but that doesn't mean I like it. Just spam a button during every cutscene. Preferably a button that's not so loud or annoying that you don't pay very good attention to the cutscene itself. Flags are definitely difficult...

You can miss a lot more than two. It can be done by replaying memory segments. Since restarting, I've noticed there are a few in the Jerusalem cutscenes which I missed altogether the first time and still got the achievement.

I got this by replaying the memory blocks. If you miss them just exit to the animus. Where it says continue: load latest memory move the analog stick up on the controller and you can access the previous memories. Just press ANY button when the glitches appear. After just go back down the line to play where you left off.
