|Perform a perfect combo including all of Batman's combat moves (any play mode)|
This is one of the harder achievements, this may be easier in the challenge modes where you can practice and take on various amounts of enemies. You may find the visitor center the easiest spot in story mode to earn this as none of the enemies will have weapons before you face The Joker.

You can do it about anywhere as long as you have all of his moves unlocked. The video will show you how to do the rest though. :)

This is just as much luck as skill. Do all of the harder moves first then if you fail you know which special move you need to work on.

No luck involved for this achievement; you just need to have enough enemies to fight. 4-5 should be enough. I like to start out with: 1] strike 2] counter 3] evade(which is probably the best move in the game to string long combos) 4] cape stun 5] combo throw 6] combo take down 7,8,9] batclaw, followed by the batarang to get a guaranteed knocdown because the enemie(s) will be staggered by the batclaw, and then the ground pound - R trigger+Y.

Confused as I did all the moves and it didn't pop up. I don't understand why though?

It doesn't say it in the description but you have to do all 9 moves in 1 flow; meaning you can't get hit or lose your combo while doing the moves. As soon as you do the 9th move the achievement will unlock. With enough practice you can do a x9 variation every single time you get into a fight. It can be done with 2 enemies on hard difficulty or you can just practice in the combat rooms. It's possible with 3 enemies but you may find it easier with 4 or more.

Does anyone know if it gets easier to do the challenge while playing the game on easy?

I would imagine it would be harder to get on easy for the simple fact that the enemies get knocked out so much faster and there won't be time to do all the moves. I never played on easy though as the game is easy enough on hard difficulty. I recommend practicing in the challenge rooms; after awhile doing a x9 variation will become second nature.

Yep, this one is really pain in the ass. My advice is to be patient and practice. I spend more than 1 hour on pratice all combo moves, then choose tactic - which move in sequence, and after that i just do it. I suggest do this on intensive treatment combo challenge, on round 3 or 4. My sequence was:
counter, evade (2xA), strike, stun, then strikes to build power to do takedown (B + Y) and Throw (A+X), after that few more strikes and Ground takedown(RT + Y), and to finish i used Batclaw and Batarang:) And it pop up. Remember do strikes and when u hit few times you must do the special takedown or throw. Rest is easy, but you can't get hit - to avoid hit use stun and conter. Good luck;)

I struggled with this one at first but it's really not that hard.
Easier on combat mode and the way i do it is.....
A twice (evade)
B (cape stun)
RT+Y (ground takedown)
Dont try to do it all in one sequence, remember strike and evade wont lose your combo so use evade, give yourself some space so you can set yourself up for the next move.
Hope this helps

I may have worked out a hard way of doing this rather than the fingernail pulling, eyball bleeding and tooth enamel removing piece of impossability that is this achievement.
Hopefully you won't be too far into the game as you need to leave some goons alone until you get the batclaw.
The one's you leave are the two guys painting the visitors entrance.
Later, you will pass here and there will be a further three goons. Leave them!
Whene you have the batclaw come back here through the nearest entrance to them. The save is close, just a quick run down some stairs.
Now... Immediately go left and grapple to the ledge. Walk to the end.
Make sure you have the goon with the pipe highlighted for an X takedown and tap the X button. Unpress and hold RT and mash Y. One down and more

While in slow mo get you're camera angle right with the RS and hit his two mates with X attack's and follow with YB takedown. One more down and out.
During the slo mo again get you're camera right and X attack the other three and follow with XA throw, but throw him AWAY from the fight.
Now hit the other two with any counter/cloak/evade combo.
Finally finish with the batrang and bat claw. Raise you're arm's in triumph at the berlip, or shout at the telly 'WHAT DID I MISS?'!
This should only take thirty to fifty goes rather than the two hundred and fifty gum bleeding tries it would usually take! Twenty to get the rythm down (as it remains the same most of the time) and ten more to miss one thing out.

Look for the challenge rooms. Practice. It'll take you a couple of times to get all the moves down, but once you're sure you can pull all 9 off its quite simple. Just keep stringing them together. You don't even need particularly hard challenge: its perfectly doable in the first combat challenge room.

When I first saw what you had to do to get this achievement I never thought I would never get it but practice and you get it.. I got it in the first extreme challenge..

Idk what's wrong with me but for whatever reason I can not pull off the AX throw or the BY takedown... Every time the BY pops up on my screen showing it's ready to use all I end up doing is a cape stun followed by screwing up combo by missing a counter. AX nevr shows up but when I try that I mess up my combo or just do a regular attack. What am I doing wrong???

I did it on the intensive treatment (extreme) combat challenge, because the first round has 6 unarmed men that aren't very weak, and if I failed, I could simply restart challenge. It's up to the player to decide what order is easiest, but heres how I did it when I got the achievement:
1. X - Strike (1 to 3 times waiting for the opportunity to counter)
2. Y - Counter
3. A - Evade (Over an enemy to get him to stumble)
4. B - Stun (quickly after the evade)
5. LT - Batarang (preferably hit one of the stunned enemies)
6. A+X - Throw (You may need to strike or counter 1 to 2 more times to get above 5x, and I threw the enemy out of the ring to ease things up.)
7. Y+B - Takedown (After throwing the person, strike counter and evade til you can use the takedown)
8. RT - Batclaw (While bat

man takes down the person, look around and determine which enemies are closest to you, and use the batclaw in their direction)
9. RT+Y - Ground Takedown (Evade until the enemies fall to the ground then use the ground takedown. The three I hit with the batclaw were the only ones left. If theres another, u might want to strike or counter him before doing this.)
It's a difficult achievement, but I suggest you get skilled at stiking, countering and evading before trying to tackle this achievement as my knowledge of those kept every one of those moves together.

@11 Found your method by FAR the easiest method to do this. It took me about 11-15 trys to memorise then BALOOP! Easy as pie :D The only annoying part is when you have to do the ground pound because most of the times a henchmen would hit me as i'm about to snap his neck :D But anyway thanks.

Finally, I got it!
I unlocked it on the Shock & Awe Combat Challenge.
I knew I'd eventually unlock it, because you should always be going for a continuous combo using as many different variations as possible to earn the most points.
Now to earn all medals in combat challenges. Good luck everyone.

want a bullshit achievement? here it is...
the truely sad part is the retarded combo-reset after you stub your toe to a branch or something. a design flaw in my opinion. will give this 1 or 2 more goes, then im throwing this game out of my window.

im sure you guys know that was a frustration post :P
BUT, i managed to get this achie, and a couple of other 9x variation while doing the challenges. you seriously need to get the moves into your skull in order to complete this.
i start with the same opening every time:
- X - punch x 3
- Y - counter
- A - double tap to evade
- B - capestun.
if you start with these.. only the special ones are left to do. good luck

You have to do it in one flow but if it cancels you can just attempt it again and again. I'm still trying to do it, it's the hardest thing on the game i reckon, but i will do it!
