  • How to unlock Judge, Jury and Executioner

    Psychopaths are survivors who have gone insane as a result of the outbreak in Fortune City. You'll encounter a fair share of these during the storyline, while others are messaged through your cell phone.
    There are more than 10 psychopaths in the game but some of these can be extremely difficult to defeat in your first playthrough, make sure you're prepared or save them for another playthrough when you have leveled up a bit.
    Below is a list of the non-storyline messages that feature a psychopath, so that you can prepare accordingly.

    Ted the psychopath can be found at the very start of the game at Yucatan Casino and mid-game there'll be a foursome that appears on the Silver Strip. These are the only 'non-messaged' psychos in the game.

  • Does it still count too the achievement when another player has joined your session and gets the final hit on the psychopath?
  • This Achievement can be done in co-op and it does not matter who acctually kills the psycho , but if your not the main save if you quit out your kills will reset to 0
  • Can this be done on multiple playthroughs or does it have to be done in a single playthrough
  • ive killed every psycho before the military arrives and i still didn't get it...... i killed the magicians,snipers,postman, twins, cop, motorcycler, Snowfalkes keeper, slappy, crazy cure dude, and the cannibal chef

  • I had 8 survivors with me while case 3 was going on so they all ended up with merc assault rifles. Boss fights were messy, but we went through Chuck, Slappy, Antonio, and one other; however, I hope that because I didn't get the kill for some of them that it doesn't cause it not to register, but then again the cutscene always initiates.
  • Killed all the people Xvatchi mentioned, plus a few more and I haven't got it :/
  • This achievement is a lot easier to obtain during your second play through (when you’re a higher level) or during co op. Just beat every psychopath which comes up on your messages (including cases) and eventually you'll get it.

  • after the while there will be 4 snipers in the silver strip. each of them counts as one psychopath. after i killed the second one i got the achievement

  • if you hav the soilder outfit use that 2 kill the psychopaths cos u get x the amount of ammo
  • im not sure if this is done in one run through, but i managed it first runthrough on someone elses game, I did Leon, 3 snipers, bibi, Sgt Bovkiv "or whatever his name is haha" T*, S******, Carl and the scientists. :) Teds another easy bet, make him follow you into the maintanace room, and hide behind the door, he couldn't hit me. :) I think the scientists count, you get them as one of the later cases. Snipers are a doddle if you have the doge roll Too beat bosses,I would recomend just carrying a few good food and get the health Magazine, from the Royal Flush Mall, On a newspaper stand bit. :)

  • I was able to do this on my first playthrough, although usually with some trial and error. I'd recommend visiting the Americana and mixing a couple painkillers before a fight if you're having trouble. I did the following: -Biker (Leon): I fought him after doing TK's train, so I had a merc rifle and assault rifle. I went and stood in a fenced in grassy area (SE of the Atlantica) and he crashed into the fence. I emptied both weapons into him, then jumped the fence and took him out with a couple swings from a spiked bat. -Chef (Antoine): I basically just kept running after him and nailing him with a spiked bat -CURE Protester (Brandon): wait for him to attack then dodge. He'll stop for a minute to breathe, opening him up for attack. Standing in the open end of the bathroon helps. -Slappy:
  • -Slappy: I got a couple sniper rifles from the nearby gun shop, then hid in the toy store during the fight and chipped away. I noticed he shoots fireballs in bursts of 3. -Groom (Randy): I just brought a lot of food, used the spiked bat and hoped to get lucky. After I did it, I found out that shooting his pig belt stuns him. -Mailman (Carl): I got 2 sniper rifles from the gun shop, and hid on the roof of the nearby magazine shop during the fight. He usually fires 3 shots then pauses. -4 Snipers: I tried using a shotgun from just outside melee range, but found it more effective to charge them with a good melee weapon (I still had a katana sword)
  • -¨Sheriff¨ (name?): pretty much just like the snipers. I think I mixed bullets with a spiked bat. -Singer (Bibi): you can find a drink for her in the Casino's bar, and can put on a tuxedo in the clothing store outside the Casino's SE exit -Magicians (names?): I focused on the sidekick with the swords first, using the knife gloves. They broke fighting him, and I think I used the spiked bat to finish the rest of the fight. Guess I like the spiked bat :)
