Create every combo weapon.

You must find and use all 101 weapon blueprints found in the game, and since a vast majority of the blueprints come with the necessary materials located in the immediate vicinity of the blueprint, it's a good idea to craft the item as soon as you find the blueprint. Thankfully, this game makes catching up with item production a bit simpler for the more advanced weapons as you can use your weapon locker to get the necessary materials to craft the combo weapons while you're sitting safely in your base.

All combo weapon blueprints, in the order they appear on the blueprints menu. Don't forget that if you happen to overlook one you can check through the combo weapons lists in your locker to see what isn't there, and then make that!

Do you have to do this all in one playthrough? I'm on my second and just finished them and I didn't get the achievement. 64/64 combos and 37/37 super combos.

Nevermind I already fixed it. I guess I never actually crafted the Tactical Handgun, it was just given to me.

Yeah you must create each one your self. I'm on working my way towards this.

Another one to look out for is the mini chain saw. The guy in the restaurant makes it and gives it to you, but you never actually make it.

Its not working for me. I have 101/101 blueprints. When I reload a chapter the tactical handgun and sledgesaw have the yellow star. Ill make then and nothing happens. When I reload a checkpoint they are starred again! This is terrible!!

Are there any others that are given? I swear I have made everything, but haven't gotten it and dread sitting in front of a locker for hours to craft everything again.

I LITERALLY HAD TO RESET MY CHARACTER AND START THE WHOLE GAME ALL OVER AGAIN FOR THIS ACHIEVEMENT! It would've been nice if Capcom had warned us about picking up combo weapons either from the smartglass or from co-op players. Players beware of that. I was a Level 50 with about 23 extra attribute points to spare (even though every skill and perk was maxed out). Note that if you choose to reset your game, everything gets reset. From the skills/perks to the weapon/vehicle blueprints to the story progress (nightmare mode included) and also the PP trials. It'll be as if you're starting the game up for the very first time. As for the "Prestige Hound"achievement.....I'll come back to that some other time. Sad that I had to sacrifice everything for an achievement. Still a really good game though.

This may be subject to the same glitch as the Pressure Cooker PP challenge wherein if you have already unlocked the Mechanic Level 5 attribute of "+Combo Crafting Speed" it does not register when you craft food items. This might be affecting the weapons crafting as well.

There are workarounds for that specific glitch (http://www.xbox360achievements.org/forum/showthread.php?t=557168) which may work for the weapons as well. The difficulty would be in using the radial menu to navigate and craft the weapons fast enough. That is also complicated by the weapon locker needing to re-stock resources.

If anyone is patient enough to give this a try, please let me know.

@11 you have to do the side quest in chapter 7 called "memory lane" then after completing the side quest the door will unlock as Merle opens the door, it's right inside on the coffee table.

So after going through and just trying to recreate the combo weapons I think I've figured out that my Knife Gloves and Fighting Gloves are glitched. When I look at the combo categories both still have question marks over them even after I've made them with even the specific weapon requirements. I guess I'll need to either reset my game completely or start a new game and get every single blueprint again.

How can you tell if you've created it already? I haven't been keeping track and almost have all the blue prints.

@8 i'm not sure what you did but I reset my game and kept all blueprints and skillpoints. I don't recall if the pp trials were reset but the missions definitely were which is what I wanted.

So I just got hit with the stupidest glitch ever, I have crafted every combo weapon except the beer helmet and the food cart super combo's, I purchased the tier 2 smarts category (giving me the blueprints for said combo weapons) and to no avail the blueprints aren't in my menu.....I know a few others out there are experiencing this annoying glitch and I hope capcom does something about it soon because there is no way I'm resetting my stats and making every combo weapon over again.....

What's the best chapter to go back to pick up all the left over blueprints. Just finished the game and was wondering which chapter to replay to pick them up to get this achievement.

I dont know if my game glitched but mine just unlocked. I know I haven't created a good amount of the combos but I know my friend had completed them in my game. Not sure if they just have to be completed in your game save with you as primary or if my game glitched

After I reset my game, this achievement popped when I created the jazz hands, which I'd already completed the pp trials for on my first play through. So hopefully that patch fixed a few glitches like this one.

this unlocked early for me. Just as I started aiming for this achievement and made a list of maybe 30 combos I hadn't yet made it popped on the first one: massive bomb.

Can anybody help, I've got 101/105 weapon blueprints but i cant find the last 4 blueprints. They are not appearing on the map anywhere. I have been up and down the entire map and they don't appear at all. Thanks

@26
They are DLC related. There are only 101 in the base game, but each of the Untold Stories DLCs add 1 new Blue Print, thus giving you 105 now.

The same, the achievement popped after I created the ultimate Bomb combo, but I still have to pick 4 or 5 blue prints on the map.
