Dragon Age: Origins

Dragon Age: Origins Achievements

Commander of the Grey

Reached level 30

Your best bet is to import your character from Origins. I'm not sure if it's possible to start with the Orlesian Warden and reach rank 30, but I do know that giving yourself the best headstart possible can't be a bad thing. The good news about leveling up is that it's much easier. Everything is worth more experience points. Kills that you got about 20-30 points for in Origins get you about 70-80 in Awakening. Along with completing the story, do as many sidequests as you can for extra XP. There are plenty to be found in Amaranthine.

I did this by being level 20 1/2 (5th tier on exp. bar) then i did all
amaranthine missions including the boards then just go through about half the
Keeps quests then the main quest by the time i fought the mother i was level 32.
hope that helped

also a tip is to wear the Arcavist's sash from the magic shop in denerim the
one run by the tranquil and then find all the codecs' as posible and it gives
you + half the exp a codec normally gives so 50 exp goes to 75exp

I dont think you need any tips for this.
If you just do a decent amount of side-quests and the main story you'll reach level 30 easily

If you've got no shame at all, i would suggest glitching your way towards this
achievement. Simply start with the quest "It comes from beneath". When you're
done in the basement, simply talk to Sergeant Maverlies to head back up to the
keep. This gets you a nice 2000 xp. Now this is where the glitch comes in.
When you're back at the basement-entrance, enter and go to the same place where
you just talked to Maverlies about going back to the keep, and she will still
be there. Then talk to her about going back to the keep, and BOOM! Another 2000xp.
Then repeat until you are at desired level.

Hope this helps :)

@4, this would be faster than playing through to 20 with all 3 classes right? Sounds like a perfect.

I almost got to lvl 30 by the end of Origins. Is it possible to get this achievement while still playing Origins or must you be in Awakening?

Well, I'm apparently level 26 in Origins, it says 25 though, and no experience is shown. It did say I "leveled up" although no exp was shown. But it's a Dlc achievement, so I'd have to say no:/

This is working nicely. I just completed Awakenings and only hit Lv29 1/2 so gonna do this for the final achieve.

Great trick. I'm gonna promote this on truetrophies for ya.

Does this have to be done during awakening because I reached level 30 during witch hunter and it didn't unlock?
