A New You
|Change your face|
Go to the ragged flagon in Riften and talk to Galathil and pay her 1,000 gold. You don't even have to actually to change anything as it pops right away.

You CANNOT get this achievement once/if you decide to become a vampire. Go to the lady in The Ragged Flagon before doing the new quests, and then you can pay her your money to change your face. If you go after you've become a vampire, she'll just yell at you.

@#4 - Werewolves don't seem to be an issue. I was already a werewolf from The Champions storyline, which I'm assuming we all pretty much should be if we are playing the DLC lol I was able to get the achievement with my character that was a werewolf.

I got Awakening but it glitched and said I got the G's but not the actual achievement, then I got Beyond Death and it went away so I had to go play it again and now it looks awesome/stupid that I got the achievements in the wrong order :D

I was a werewolf from the companions quests. I just beat the main quest, went to the companions and asked to turn back into a werewolf. I was changed, then went to the lady in riften. I changed my face and I got the achievement! I clearing up that you can start the main quest but must beat it and you do have to be werewolf.

I didn't realize you could become a werewolf again. If you do that is there any way of becoming a Vampire Lord again?

Luckily I had a save as the werewolf to get this achievement, it's not possible when you're a vampire lord.

You can do this after being a vampire, just get yourself cured of the vamp in Morthal, using the ritual. Then go the Riften/Ragged Flaggon, speak to Galathil and pinged the acheievement. That how I did it. Enjoy.

@28 Looking in wrong place, died some how. Both are possibilities i believe as the char is not "required" so can die.
As for the achieve, some of you should pop to the forums more often, if you become vamp you can go back to werewolf assuming you have not already cured yourself before as Aela will only turn you again once.
Forums!! Most people have asked this in a place where active discussion takes place, comments is not question time.

As a non-Vamp, go to Galathil in the Ragged Flagon, part of the Thieves' Guild. She can be found near the bar, out on the dock where Vex and the fence hang out. She will charge you 1,000g. You can then change your body, head, and/or face, or choose to leave it the same (you will still get the achievement).

Go to the Ragged Flagon in the Ratway and speak to the lady on the bench. Pay 2000 gold to change your face.
