Picked 50 locks

When attempting to pick a lock, your lockpick will break if you try to pick unsuccessfully three times. To avoid breaking the pick, exit out after two attempts and then re-enter the lockpicking screen. There are hundreds of doors to pick in the game. Putting points into the Lockpicking skill will obviously help for harder locks. For a safe that can be picked and locked indefinitely, head to Farragut West Metro Station. You can pick the safe found here and then lock it via the nearby terminal, then pick it again and repeat until you get the achievement.

When u find a terminal to hack that will unlock a door/safe, hack it and then pick the lock. Enter the terminal and block the door/safe and pick the lock again.

The door at to exit the broken bow of the ship in Rivet City works great, pick the lock, re-enter, lock it, pick it again, repeat! Sadly you only get exp the first time so it can't be used to level up quicker.

I found another way to get this achievement, which is arguably better.

Note: I have all 75 achievements for F3 GotY, but I got in to PlayStation recently so I figured I'd get every trophy too. I found this on PlayStation, but I couldn't imagine it being different on Xbox as it isn't a bug or anything.

Method: In Vault 92, while doing Agatha's Mission, I found a room with a terminal that locks 2 doors right outside the room, and fills the space between both doors with fire for a brief second. You can go lock pick both doors, which are very easy difficulty, then go back to the terminal and lock them both again. Since both doors are right there, you go up 2 picks before returning to the terminal, and the difficulty is very easy, so you usually don't even have to move the bobby pin.

Finding said room: It's in the living quarters. If you enter the LQ from utility(You probably will), keep going straight passed the male dorm, right down the stairs and the room will be at the bottom to your left with 2 vents and a window on the right wall. The terminal viewable through the window, and from there it should be easy to get to. If you enter from the atrium, take your first right, go all the way down past the female dorms, left all the way down past the male dorm down the stairs...
