No one's asked about this one yet.
Anyone know where it starts?

Eureka! is the final quest in Fallout: New Vegas if you choose to side with the NCR.

Go to the NCR Embassy in New Vegas (it's across the street from Vault 21/Hotel). Basically, go to Vegas North Gate and keep going south through 2 or 3 gates, and it'll be on your left. You have to talk to the ambassador to begin it. You'll have King's Gambit, then For the Republic, then this. Make sure you make a save point before you begin this, and then another save point for your progress throughout. You'll thank me later.

Here's a sweet, quick guide to get you through all the NCR quests:

Good luck everyone. This is a long, long game.
This was my last achievement.

Am I the only one being heavily disappointed by the final battle? I sided with the NCR and in my opinion this was lame, lame, lame. The final battle in FO:3 was simply amazing, with Liberty Prime and all the stuff that was going on. But here - a few waves of Legion guys, and then that´s it. Why didn´t I have to kill Caesar? Who the hell was that Legate Lanius dude (I never met him during the game and never understood his importance). Oh, and the slides at the end could have been better too. FO:NV was a good game but I´d prefer diarrhea over that ending.

This is the hardest ending I have played so far (I have yet to play the Legion side). Really only hard because I didnt have any health packs at all and my armor quickly got shot to crap. Get a ton of health packs before doing this because you face a ton of enemies during this run (more so then if you are on Mr. House or Yes Man's side).

@6 The Legate is the commander of all Legion Armies 2nd in command after Caesar...kinda important or did you just rush the game? ENCLAVE!!!
