Overview
- Estimated achievement difficulty: 5/10
- Offline: 48/48 (1000/1000)
- Online: 0/48 (0/1000)
- Approximate amount of time to 100010-15 Hours (Depending on skill and if you are playing solo or in co-op).
- Minimum number of playthroughs needed: 1 (Level select available).
- Number of missable achievements: None
- Do cheat codes disable achievements?: Yes
- Does difficulty affect achievements?: No
- Glitched achievements: 1 (See "There is no Cake" achievement).
- Unobtainable achievements: None
- Extra equipment needed?: A second controller.

Step 1 - Story Mode:
Recommend getting the story mode out of the way. This will net you a good number of achievements and will also earn money to purchase upgrades, characters, etc.. Step one will focus on the Secondary Objectives, better known as collectables. Refer to "Obsessed" achievement for more information. Also there are a few miscellaneous achievements you should look out for "Day Labor," "Scorched Earth," "Pervert," "Wrecking Ball," "Ugly Taste Terrible." Please refer to the guide below for descriptions on how and when to unlock these achievements.

Step 2 - Challenges:
After you have completed Story Mode, head over the Challenges mode. You should be fairly familiar on it works. There are a total of 7 challenges. I recommend doing all challenges in co-op as this will make the challenges a breeze for the most part. Please refer to "Big Dipper" achievement for helpful information.

Step 3 - Multiplayer & Multiverse Madness:
Multiplayer:
The multiplayer is local only, making it a breeze to get all the multiplayer achievements. You will need a second controller. There are only a handful of achievements tied into the multiplayer which shouldn't take more than 30 minutes.

Multiverse Madness:
This is where your skills and patience come into play. Multiverse Madness is similar to Firefight mode from Halo or a Hoard mode from Gears of War. You will have to survive 30 consecutive waves. I recommend doing this in co-op with an extra person and will take you roughly 2 hours to complete. See "Cartoon Apocalypse" for survival tips.

Step 4 - Clean-up:
The last achievement you will get is called "There is no Cake," and it unlocks after all other achievements have been unlocked. At this time it would a good idea to get any missing collectables, finish any challenges, and do the multiplayer if not already finished.
Overall, this game fun and not to complected to complete, for the exception of some challenges.

There are 48 achievements with a total of 1000 points

  • Destroy all of the piƱatas in the "It's All Greek to Me" level

This is done in level 1 "It's All Greek to Me," when you go to talk to Mort. There are a total of 6 piñatas. Look around the frat house, they are impossible to miss.

  • STORY RELATED, CAN NOT BE MISSED!

This is done in level 7 "Santa's Sweatshop". When you enter Santa's Sweatshop, you will notice a picture of Vernon on the wall. Vernon will appear from around the corner and come after you. Simply kill him and the achievement will pop.

  • Hang around the room with Quagmire in a baby costume for 30 seconds

This is done in level 5 "No Cheese, Please". Once you fix and lower down the walkway using the crane lever walk across, and go down the hallway. Go into the third room to the left. You will see Quagmire on the bed. Simply stand there of 30 seconds and the achievement will pop.

  • Smash your opponent into something 20 times in the "Chicken Fight!" level

This is done in level 9 "Chicken Fight!". This is pretty hard not to get and also it does not have to be done all at one time. It can also be obtain by replaying the level. There are four parts to this fight. The first three are inside the airport with a numerous of breakable objects, last fight scene will be take place outside with a few breakable objects.

If playing in co-op, the second controller will be the chicken, making it a little easier to smash him into something.

  • Survive 15 waves in Multiverse Madness

    See "Cartoon Apocolypse" achievement.

  • Survive 30 waves in Multiverse Madness

Multiverse Madness is similar to a Firefight mode or a Horde mode. This will roughly take you about 2 hours to complete. This is easier done in co-op. After the first 10 rounds all enemies will get a x1.5 attack damage and health upgrade & from round 20 - 30 all enemies will get a x2.0 attack damage and health upgrade.

    Map:
    Space Station.
Stay in the starting area of this map (the room that is near Joes special item with the health pack special in it). This way you force all the enemies to come through the only rooms entrance. Once you either have the Acid Sprayer or the Magam Gun, stand at the top of the steps, and launch the acid or magam in front of the steps. If you get hurt in this progress, there is a health pack on the opposite side of the wall.

    Characters:
-Quagmire - Save enough money so you can purchase the Acid Sprayer, which will melt the enemies almost instantaneously.

-Stewie - Save enough money so you can purchase the Magma Gun, which will melt the enemies almost instantaneously.

    Items:
Landmines - These will help you set up defense to protect yourself.

If playing in co-op, both players will pop the achievement. And both players should be using Quagmire & Stewie. But if either player manages to die on the last wave, and the wave is completed. That player will not get the achievement.

  • Play poorly during the final showdown

This is done on level 10 "No Place Like Home". On the third phase of the final fight, simply let yourself die by getting hit by some of the cars being thrown at you or by the smaller Bertram enemies.

  • Taunt 5 times in a row with Peter

Peter is only available through multiplayer or during challenges.
To get this simply start up a local multiplayer match and choose Peter. When the game starts press , 5 times in a row. This will make Peter do the "Bird is the Word" dance.

  • Earn 21 stars in Challenge mode

To earn 21 stars you will have to earn 3 stars on all 7 challenges. Recommend to play these challenges in co-op (can be done solo), but in co-op if a player gets down there will be a 3 second spawn wait, which is better than having only 1 life playing in solo.

Money Shots - Gather (Possible solo, better in co-op)
This challenge will require you to take 10 dirty pictures within a time frame. Play this challenge in co-op, its much easier. From the start have one play go right, while the other player goes left. If you or your partner are having trouble, run over to them and help keep the area clear. Recommend using Meg and switching to her secondary weapon.

Amish Amuck - Elimination (Possible solo, better in co-op)
By far the easiest of all the challenges. In this challenge you will have to kill 50 Amish and killing less than 3 tourist. Killing more than 3 tourist will cause the challenge to end. Playing in co-op will make this go by faster. Recommend using Brains shotgun or Lois needler weapon. Try to aim low and not kill or hit more than 3 tourist.

The Crips and Ables - Rescue (Possible solo)
In this challenge you will have to free 6 hostages from the alien prison within a very generous time frame. Recommend Quagmire using his assault rifle and going for head shots. Watch out the handicaps can beat you down pretty easily, so be on the look out for health packs.

Town Hall Beating - Wave Defense (Possible solo, Better in co-op)
In this challenge you will be going against 3 waves of enemies. Again, playing on co-op, if a player goes down there will be a 3 second spawn delay, and is recommended.
You will be playing as Adam West. Try and stay at the top of the stairs and use Adam Wests dual magnums to take out close enemies and the sniper rifle to take out the further enemies (sniper rifle is highly effective against the robot mechs). Using special inventory items, regularly, and keep health packs with you will help tremendously.

Again, playing on co-op, if a player goes down there will be a 3 second spawn delay, and is recommended.

Sea Men Attack - Wave Defense (Possible solo, Better in co-op)
In this challenge you will have to survive for 6 minutes, without your pirate ship being destroyed. Again, playing on co-op, if a player goes down there will be a 3 second spawn delay, and is recommended.
You will want to focus on using the cannons. As the regular weapons and special items wont be much help. They will only come to help to keep the pirates coming aboard or when they are aboard. Both players shouldALWAYS be manning the cannons. If pirates do come aboard, have one player using the cannons and the other clearing out the pirates on board.

Last Minute Shoppers - Escape (Possible solo, better in co-op)

In this challenge you will be running through Santa's Workshop from the opposite direction of story, while collecting 5 bombs and reaching the end with 15 seconds on the clock. The enemies aren't a treat, so you can easily keep running. There are an abundance of health kits to keep your health up.
If playing solo, when you pick up the first bomb, run back to where you spawned and jump off the railing, to make traversing the spinning gears much easier.
If playing co-op, you wont have to worry about starting over if you fail by jumping over the railing and also you will have some back up fire taking out and treat while you collect the bombs.

Someone to Overwatch Me - Overwatch (Needs to be done in co-op).
This challenge requires you to do it in co-op. One player will be in control of Peter flying a helicopter. And the second player will be in control of Lois who must plant a series of eight C4. LOIS MUST NOT DIE, if so, it will be game over.
-Player one, Peter, will be defending Lois. Shoot down and snipers in the building with the helicopter mini gun, (she will die fast) so don't be afraid to spray. The mini-gun has infinite ammo, but you still have to reload.
-Player two, Lois must make it to the end of the level by planting the eight C4 and defend herself from any ground enemies, which shouldn't be a problem using Lois's needler gun. Make use of the structure columns to take cover from the snipers.

  • Earn 10 stars in Challenge mode

    See "Big Dipper" achievement.

  • Taunt a dead opponent with Quagmire in Multiplayer

To be able to unlock Quagmire as a playable character you will first need to find all 15 photos in the level "It's All Greek To Me." Then you will be able to purchase him for $3000.
Once you have Quagmire unlocked. Go into a local multiplayer match, and kill the opponent. Go over to them and press , to taunt.

Refer to "Obsessed" to view the location of the photos.

  • Win a Capture the "Greased-Up Deaf Guy" match

    See "Lockdown" achievement.

  • Kill 500 enemies using Brian

This should come naturally during your game play. Make sure to kill all the enemies you come across.
If you are missing a number of kills or want to grind this out replay level 7 "Santa's Sweatshop". Enter the sweatshop, flip the switch to make the elevator active, ride the elevator up, and on the second assembly line there will be an infinite spawning of suicide elfs. You can also do "Stewie-nator" here.

  • Kill 500 enemies using Stewie

Infiltration is the basic object multiplayer mode. Simply start multiplayer game, with standard settings. Have player one go and do all the objectives until the score limit has been meet.

  • Buy everything available in the Store

You will need to buy everything that is available in the store from the Main Menu: Characters, Costumes, Upgrades, Attributes, etc... You are looking at roughly $100,000 to $150,000 to purchase everything from the store.

If you need a few bucks or need to get money fairly quickly. You can replay level 5 "No Cheese, Please," as you get roughly $10,000. You get $120 for each Secret Service Agent headshot.

NOTE: If you replay any level you must collect all secondary objectives and complete the level. Do not just quit out.

  • Unlock all other Achievements

This will be your last and final achievement. Unlocks after all other 48 achievements have been unlocked.

    GLITCHED WARNING!

Some have reported this as a glitched achievement, and have had problems unlocking this achievement. It is not 100% confirmed on how this will glitch on you, but people say it has to do with the multiplayer.

    TIPS:

    1) While in multiplayer, make sure to finish the entire match and not quit after you have unlocked your achievement. Example, if your going for "Mr. Unpopular" Pick Meg in multiplayer, after you unlock the achievement, DO NOT quit, finish of the match so your progress saves.

    2) Story Mode - Secondary Objectives - Again, similar like tip 1. When you complete a secondary object in a level, DO NOT quit. Continue on with the level until you complete it. Also, if you replay a level that you are missing a collectible in, the counter will restart and you will have to collect all the collectables for that level again.

    3) If you replay any level to farm for money or kills. You must collect all secondary objectives again for that specific level and finish it.

  • You got your first head shot

    See "One Shot Kills" achievement.

  • You've killed an enemy with one shot

This will come with natural progression, along with "Head Shot." All the weapons are pretty much a successful one shot to the head kills. Focus on aiming for the head to have a better chance of getting a one shot kill.

  • You successfully performed a multi-kill with a melee weapon

This can be obtained early in the game. On level 1 "It's All Greek To Me," you will come to a part where you will have to go over a gate to get to the frat house. Swing at the girls by pressing  rapidly.

This will come at the end of level 9. Win all four stages of the fight to unlock the achievement.

  • You completed the "No Place Like Home" level

STORY RELATED, CAN NOT BE MISSED!

This will come at the end of level 10 after you defeat Bertram and his T-Rex. There are three phases to this boss fight.

    Tips:
Phase 1 - T-Rex Lasers: Run into the parking garage as Stewie. This will keep you safe from the T-Rexs laser attacks and you will also be able to control the small Bertram enemies. As Stewie switch to your satchels and throw them at the T-Rex from the second floor of the parking garage. This will cause the most damage against the T-Rex. Also use the magma gun to defeat the small Bertram enemies. When you start to run low on satchels and ammo, keep killing the small enemies until they drop an ammo. Buying two health packs is recommended to stay alive. This first phase of this fight is the hardest. If you die, the T-Rex will return to full heath.

Phase 2 - T-Rex Rockets: This phase is a lot much easier. As Brian use either the sniper rifle or the rail gun to shoot the rockets on the side of the T-Rex. The rockets are heat seeking. I suggest staying close to the start of the second area as there will also be some small enemies running around. They aren't much of a threat this time around, but it helps to kill them when they are close by. If you run low on ammo you can run into the garage to the left and use the ammo cache.

Phase 3 - T-Rex Car Toss: Another simple phase. The T-Rex will now pick up cars with its mouth. Once the T-Rex has a car in its mouth shoot it so it blows up. Rinse and repeat until you defeat the T-Rex. You can use either Stewie or Brian. I used Brian with the shotgun.

  • You've completed all secondary objectives

Secondary Objectives are the games collectibles, hidden throughout 9 of the 10 levels.

COMPLETE LOCATION LIST OF ALL SECONDARY OBJECTIVES

NOTE: The Secondary Objectives will not register for the achievement unless you finish the level. DO NOT QUIT before that.
Also, if you replay a level that you are missing a collectible in, the counter will restart and you will have to collect all the collectables for that level again.

Quickly find him and melee, , him to knock him out since he will dodge if you shoot at him. Pick him up and run back to your base to get a point. Continue to repeat this processes until you get a flawless win.

  • You've successfully collected $50,000

This is really straight forward. You do not have to have $50,000 at one time, this is accumulative. So that means you can buy as many upgrades to make your playthrough easier. There are two ways in getting money, first one is to find stacks of money laying around and the second is by scoring kills on enemies. The amount you get for killing enemies varies, but will double always when you score a headshot.
