Step 1 - Story Mode:
Recommend getting the story mode out of the way. This will net you a good number of achievements and will also earn money to purchase upgrades, characters, etc.. Step one will focus on the Secondary Objectives, better known as collectables. Refer to "Obsessed" achievement for more information. Also there are a few miscellaneous achievements you should look out for "Day Labor," "Scorched Earth," "Pervert," "Wrecking Ball," "Ugly Taste Terrible." Please refer to the guide below for descriptions on how and when to unlock these achievements.
Step 2 - Challenges:
After you have completed Story Mode, head over the Challenges mode. You should be fairly familiar on it works. There are a total of 7 challenges. I recommend doing all challenges in co-op as this will make the challenges a breeze for the most part. Please refer to "Big Dipper" achievement for helpful information.
Step 3 - Multiplayer & Multiverse Madness:
Multiplayer:
The multiplayer is local only, making it a breeze to get all the multiplayer achievements. You will need a second controller. There are only a handful of achievements tied into the multiplayer which shouldn't take more than 30 minutes.
Multiverse Madness:
This is where your skills and patience come into play. Multiverse Madness is similar to Firefight mode from Halo or a Hoard mode from Gears of War. You will have to survive 30 consecutive waves. I recommend doing this in co-op with an extra person and will take you roughly 2 hours to complete. See "Cartoon Apocalypse" for survival tips.
Step 4 - Clean-up:
The last achievement you will get is called "There is no Cake," and it unlocks after all other achievements have been unlocked. At this time it would a good idea to get any missing collectables, finish any challenges, and do the multiplayer if not already finished.
Overall, this game fun and not to complected to complete, for the exception of some challenges.
