Introduction:
Featuring 310 levels, 10 different worlds, leaderboards, and achievements, Fragger certainly provides a lot of content. Fragger is a hit game on Miniclip.com and it has been brought to the Windows Phone platform for all to enjoy. The premise of Fragger is simple; your character stands still and you have to use the touch controls to aim where you want to throw grenades. Your objective is to kill bad guys with these strategically thrown/places grenades, while doing so with little mistake or room for error.
Many levels will require multiple attempts to master and earn the highest possible badges (three), and it is a rewarding feeling to accomplish this. All levels can be replayed, so this makes achievement hunting in this game very friendly, albeit a tad time consuming and annoying at times. Some of the levels will feel near impossible, but practice makes perfect, and if practice isn't enough, then resort to Youtube guides!
Part 1: Level Progression - 3 Starring Levels:
My best suggestion would be to wait for many achievements to come naturally, and focus first on attempting to beat the levels with 3 stars. There are four achievements tied into getting three stars in levels. The first, "Precision Star," is very straight forward and given for your first three star level (something that should come on the first level you do in the game), but the others require a little more attention. The second you should get is "World Master," given for completing a world with every level at three stars. This can easily be done in the first world titled "Desert Strike" which contains 40 levels. The third is "Master Grenadier," which is given after getting 60 levels completed with three stars, something you should easily be able to do half way through the second world. The last star related achievement is "Triple World Master," given for getting 3 stars on every level in three worlds. This will take the longest and be the most difficult achievement in the game as some of the levels are a pain to accomplish, especially if not using Youtube videos. Focus on these first through natural level progression, collecting various other achievements in the process, and sprinkle in some achivements from Part 2 if you don't want to wait.
Part 2: Random Achievements/Grinding:
While venturing through the levels on your first try, you can very well attempt a lot of the random achievements that are not level specific. There are a lot of achievements that require you to build up the requirements over time, such as killing 1,000 total enemies, so you don't need to worry about trying for most of them right away. You can check the guide below on the best methods to achieve many of these, or grind them out, but first it is recommended to just focus on normal level progression.
Conclusion:
Fragger is a fun little game and is able to hold your attention for a while as it certainly isn't short on content, and the mechanics of the game are sound. There may be some annoying moments, but I suggest using Youtube at times if you are stuck on three starring some of the levels. There's no reason to pull your hair out if you follow this guide. Best of luck and happy achievement hunting for that 200.
