Introduction
Fruit Ninja is a well-known series that tasks you with a single objective: slice as much fruit as you can with your finger before time runs out or you lose. Fruit-sized bombs provide obstacles to avoid that can end your run. There are several game modes and each is as addictive as the next, always tempting you to get a higher score or beat your friends on the Leaderboards. For a more in-depth review of the game from WPCentral, click HERE. Currently the game is $0.99 in the Windows Phone Store.

Step 1: Zen Mode
Start out by playing Zen Mode. Go for the one achievement in this mode related to getting a final score of 200 points or more in a round.

Step 2: Arcade Mode
Continue by playing Arcade Mode. Go for the one achievement in this mode related to getting a final score of 400 points or more in a round, after bonuses.

Step 3: Classic Mode
Most of the game's achievements are found in Classic Mode. Your first priority should be getting the Are You Kidding Me!? achievement out of the way in your first two rounds, before playing at all in this mode. See the guide for more information. Once you become practiced at this game mode a bit, purchase Bomb Deflects from Gutsu's Cart using the currency you earn in-game. These power-ups will make all of the Classic Mode achievements a breeze. After earning all of the Classic Mode achievements, if you did not slice a Dragonfruit (for the Year of the Dragon achievement), continue playing until one appears and you slice it, as it will ONLY spawn in Classic Mode.

Step 4: Grind to 10,000 fruit sliced
After earning all the other achievements, depending on how lucky you were getting a Dragonfruit to spawn, you may have up to 90 minutes of grinding to reach 10,000 fruit sliced. See the guide for more information.

Conclusion
Fruit Ninja can be completed in around 2 hours total. There is one luck based achievement which may drag this out a little longer, but I wouldnt worry about that too much as you easily earn your 200 gamerscore.

Fruit Ninja5
Get a score of 50 in Classic Mode

Great Fruit Ninja5
Get a score of 100 in Classic Mode

Ultimate Fruit Ninja10
Get a score of 200 in Classic Mode

These achievements require that you reach or surpass a specific score thresholds in Classic Mode: 50, 100, and 200. The key to scoring high in Classic Mode is to make frequent and large combos and avoid the bombs. This mode is untimed and can only be failed if you slice a single bomb or allow your missed-fruit strikes to reach three. You should have no problem at all reaching 200 points in Classic Mode. If for some reason you do, purchase the Bomb Deflects from Gutsu's Cart. Then slash away like crazy, as bombs will no longer be your concern, just missed fruit. These achievements will pop mid-game once the required score is surpassed.

Fruit Fight5

Fruit Blitz5

Fruit Frenzy5
Kill 1000 Fruit Total

Fruit Rampage10
Kill 5000 Fruit Total

Fruit Annihilation20
Kill 10000 Fruit Total

You need to slice a total of 10,000 fruit across all plays of all game modes. Depending on how lucky you are with getting the Dragonfruit to spawn, you may need to grind up to 8,000 fruit after earning all other achievements. The best mode for grinding is Arcade Mode. It throws up fruit the fastest.

The score required (10,000 is the final one) is not just your absolute fruit sliced total, but actually includes combo bonus points so always try to make the big combos. However, the fruit sliced during banana bonuses seem to not count towards you score (Frenzy, Freeze, Double Score) so avoid those if you want. You can check your progress towards these achievements on the Leaderboards under Total Fruit.

Go Banana5
Kill 10 Bananas in one round of Classic Mode

See "Purple is a fruit."

No doctors here10
Kill 15 Apples in one round of Classic Mode

See "Purple is a fruit."

Purple is a fruit10
Kill 20 Plums in one round of Classic Mode

These achievements require that you slash the specified amount of the type of fruit in a single game of Classic Mode. These are somewhat luck dependent, as fruit spawns randomly for the most part. To make these achievements much easier, purchase Bomb Deflects from Gutsu's Cart with the in-game currency. These prevent the round from ending if you slice a bomb. The longer you can last in a game of Classic, the more likely you will come across and kill the required amount of each fruit. Remember, even with Bomb Deflects active you can still lose if you miss fruit and your strike total reaches three. These achievements will unlock mid-game when the requirements are met.

NOTE: The Bomb Deflects are purchased with Starfruit. Starfruit is earned slowly in-game or can be purchased with real money. No purchase is necessary, and is in fact discouraged because it is unneeded. Across your entire play to earn all 200 gamerscore, you will earn around 4000+ Starfruit, but the average player may only need to spend around 1000-2000 on Bomb Deflects. Just dont spend the Starfruit on anything else.

Lucky Ninja10
Get 6 criticals in one round in Classic Mode

This achievement requires that you get 6 critical slashes in a single game of Classic Mode. Critical slashes seem to occur randomly when you slice fruit, not all that terribly often but enough to make this achievement easy to come by. You will most likely get this when trying for the plum, apple, and banana achievements. See "Purple is a fruit" for more information on how to make this easier.

Are you kidding me?!10
Fail with the same score as your personal best

This achievement requires that you finish a game of Classic Mode with exactly the same score as your personal best. This can technically be done in any game mode, but Classic is the best choice because it is untimed. Try to get this achievement out of the way first, before playing Classic Mode at all. In your very first game, slice a single fruit, and then let three fruits fall to end the game. Your personal best will be 1. Hit "Retry" and start another round. You should notice your personal best in the top left corner of screen under your current round's score. Now repeat what you did the first time, finishing with 1 point again. The achievement unlocks on the post-round scoring screen.

NOTE: If for some reason you forgot about this and have created a crazy high score in all three game modes that you do not really want to try and reach again, you can delete and reinstall the game to attempt it. Do this only AFTER you have unlocked every other achievement as it will erase all your progress, most importantly your progress towards the "Fruit Annihilator" achievement. Your personal bests will be erased and you will be able to follow the strategy above to unlock this achievement upon re-installation.

Combo Mambo15
Slice 6 fruit in one combo

This achievement requires that you slice at least 6 fruit in one combo (i.e. kill 6+ fruit with one semi-straight swipe of your finger). This achievement is most easily obtained in either Zen or Arcade mode. In Zen Mode, it is likely the game will throw 6 fruit in a perfect line up for you to slash many times per round. That is why I would recommend that game mode. However, in Arcade Mode, when you collect a Frenzy banana power-up, it is not out of the question to get a 10+ combo, but it is more difficult. Choose your poison and go for it.

Moment of Zen15
Achieve a score of 200 in Zen Mode

This achievement requires that you reach or surpass a score of 200 in Zen Mode. Zen Mode has nothing flying at you but fruit for 90 seconds. No power-ups or bombs. So with that in mind, the key to scoring well in this mode is combos. The game will repeatedly throw lines of fruit from 3 to 6 at you. Be patient and try to score the largest combos possible. This achievement should take but a few tries and will pop mid-game once the required score is surpassed.

Year of the Dragon15
Slice the secret fruit!

This achievement requires that you slash the secret Dragonfruit. This fruit only spawns in Classic Mode and is VERY rare. Your only hope is that it spawns before you reach 10,000 fruit slashed so you do not need to do any additional grinding. Always be prepared as it could cross your screen (from left to right or right to left, not up like the other fruit) at any point and you must destroy it. There are no score requirements. It can happen when you are 10 seconds into a Classic Mode round, or 10 minutes. See the picture in the tile for what you should expect to be crossing your screen.

Over Achiever15
Get a score over 400 after all bonuses in Arcade Mode.

This achievement requires that you reach or surpass a score of 400 in Arcade Mode. Arcade Mode throws everything but the kitchen sink at your for 60 seconds; tons of fruit, bombs, and the occasional power-ups. The key to scoring high in Arcade Mode is to always collect power-ups and make the biggest combos you can. Particularly, the Frenzy power-up, which rapidly shoots out loads of fruit, is good for increasing your score. Additionally, the end-of-round bonuses count towards your score as well. You can earn up to three bonuses. If you meet the requirements for more than three of them, you will be awarded the three that are worth the most points. See THIS page for a listing of all the possible bonuses and their point values. This achievement will pop mid-game once the required score is surpassed.

NOTE: The game can crash at the end of Arcade Mode which may make earning this achievement a hassle. This was also an issue on the Windows 8 version. A fix is to put your phone into airplane mode before loading up the game and trying for this achievement, as the crashing occurs when the game attempts to send your score to the Leaderboard server.

Secret Achievements

Wake up10
Get a score of 0

See "Almost a Century."

Tee Hee Hee10
Get a score of 69

See "Almost a Century."

Almost a Century10
Get a score of 99

These achievements require that you finish a round of Classic Mode with a precise score: 0, 69, and 99. Just be very conscious of your score and land precisely on each point requirement. Be careful of the large purple fruits that slow time and you can slash 20-40 times. These can take you over your score requirements. Combos and critical hits can do this as well. Once you reach the correct score, don't do anything else and let fruits come and go until the game ends from red strikes.

NOTE: These achievements can be done in any game mode, but it makes the most sense to do them in Classic Mode because it is untimed.
