Alpha Dog

Win 25 tournaments

The easiest way to do this if you want to knock it out quickly is to face Larry Louche in a Pro Face-Off, and go All-In on every hand. As he is an aggressive player, he will call probably 90% of the time, so win or lose, each match up will take around a minute. You are bound to win around half of the time, if not more, so this shouldn't take too long. You can view how many tournaments you have won by going to Help & Options > Career Stats.

I don't believe these 3 cheevos are needed during the 2012 season. At least two of them are retroactive (get 10k hands & win 25 tournaments).

They are retro-active. At first I did not think they were when I checked my career stats and it said I had over 15,000 hands played and 96 tourney wins. I just restarted the game after I downloaded the update and bam! Now the damn full house one sucks! 3300 hands won and I have not had 10 full house wins? Damn it!

if you are short on tournament wins you can create a single player, 2 person tournament. and the wins come pretty quickly.

Is still possible to earn this achievement? My stats say I have 26 tournament wins but no achievement
