There are 28 different exercises in the game, ranging from jumping jacks and squats to exercises designed to be used with weights. 8 Cardio exercises, 8 upper body exercises, 6 lower body exercises and 6 core exercises.
You'll get this naturally if you are running through each single workout, but you won't necessarily if you are doing a complete program. The reason for this is that the complete program gives you all 8 cardio exercises, but only 5 of each of the other exercises. You will need to swap out some exercises when you are done with them if you want to get this during a single complete program.
