This will come with time. Every exercise you do will get you credit toward this achievement, so doing more will get you closer to the target faster. If you were to do the bare minimum, this would be the last achievement you would get. But, if you set your weight high or just generally work to do as many reps as you can every time, this should come pretty quickly. You might even get this in a single 10-Week Complete Program. If you really want to get this done quickly, you can set your weight to 300 pounds and you should get this done near the end of your 5-week program or shortly after.
