The achievement name is kind of misleading. You would think that the mountain climber exercise, which asks you to be in a "plank position" would be included in the set of exercises that this achievement is tracking, but that does not appear to be the case. What it appears to be tracking is a few non-cardio exercises like lying tricep extensions, pushups and crunches (though only regular crunches).
